Clean room, good shower pressure and solid location
Staff smoke in the common area which is thw knly place wifi is available.
really clean and stuff is kindness!
We had a wifi in the room. Nice air conditioning. Quiet on the 6th floor. Fantastic location!
We were loosing wifi quite often. Not very helpful reception. No kitchen facilities at all!
Early check in, good price, air condition, location
good price good location good airconditioning big bathroom
poor wifi water system in bath room is poor so water keep flood .
The hostal is located on one of the main streets of Granada, easy to walk everywhere (center, Alhambra). There are many restaurants around. The room was air-conditioned with own bathroom, for 20€ just unbelievably good value! The hostal is in 3rd floor but there is an elevator.
There is no parking available, it is necessary to use public garages which are about 20€/24h. The staff did not speak any English but tried explain in Spanish so hard that we could understand :)
It is a nice room for 3 people. Attractions are within walking distance!
Low wi-fi connections
Liked that they put out little packets of shampoo and shower gel. Internet worked inside the room too. Had a nice balcony.
Not that I didn't like, just found a little odd that there was no shower curtain. Hmmm...
nice room with air conditioner.
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. We recommended this hostal for other travelers. Great value for money!
excellent position to visit the city! staff very kind and ready to help! very very good staying there :)
I liked the outside window with its shutter doors because of its nice old style unlike the bathroom door and wardrobe doors which were dated and boring. While the room was basic, it was tidy and minimal. Sometimes less fuss is better! The layout of room was good.
The bathroom smelled before we came. We had to leave the window open most of the time which not only took away the smell but our privacy too! The door to the bathroom often got stuck and we had to try a few times to open it!
c/p is very high, almost everything is good, price, location(bus to auotobus station, walk to main sightseeing).room size except 1.staff can't speak english 2.hairdryer can't work
Good location 200m from Cathedral and near to all city centre amenities. Good value for price paid.
Nothing. This was a cheap city centre secure room with own bathroom.
- Cleanless - Crew - Noise - Shortyly we did not like anything maybe a part from the location which is independant from them
**Ideal for Spanish-speaking, device-free backpackers!** There are many good things about this hotel: --great location within walking distance of key sightseeing locations --Affordable rates --Private room with bath --Quiet (we had an interior room) --Scalding hot water with good pressure --More towels than I needed --Comfortable bed... Stiff, but not lumpy
--Drivers beware. There is parking nearby, but the Spanish-speaking-only host couldn't give me good directions. His map didn't help. I finally parked in a public parking lot, and later found out that was the place. It cost 18 Euro per day. --Driving in Granada is extremely difficult-- one way streets, and especially prohibited zones. --Driving to this hostel is a mistake: There is no place to even stop to unload. We stopped on a sidewalk around the corner. --Bottom line: If I was driving, I would never stay at this hostel; I would stay at the Ibis outside the city center. --The hostel was non-smoking, but the places below were not. Our room smelled strongly of fresh smoke. --Only one outlet in the room, which made it challenging to charge laptop, phone, camera battery, etc. --Wi-fi worked only 30 minutes first night, not at all next morning, and about 60 minutes second night. Frustrating. Went to restaurant downstairs to sync our devices. --As mentioned on the opposite side, this is not the ideal location for an English-only guest. The hosts spoke no English at all. They were friendly, though!
The price and the location
Very noise neighbours
it's great value and close to many of the places people want to visit
rooms near the main road can be a bit noisy early morning
TV, greatly located, private bathroom, air-conditioned.
WiFi kept going out and coming back the whole day, and our room was a bit noisy (due to traffic and the stairs).
location warm room plenty of space
Good location on the Gran Via
Only heating was a small portable heater. Worked ok but was quite cold when we got in
The hostel situated on the 3rd floor, elevator is available so there's no problem with us having a buggy with. Wifi was great on the first 2 nights. On the main street of Granada (Gran Via) which suggest mostly everything is within walking distance, including the main bus stop to attractions. We came from the bus station so we only need to take bus no 3 or 33 to get here
Internet problem on our 3rd night but it resume on the next morning. No kettle but we later found out the same in other hostels in other cities as well. So if u need to make milk for your baby, do carry one yourself
This is a budget hotel - don't forget but it serves a purpose. The room was reasonable size but nothing special but it was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was minimal and could have been hotter. The exterior of the hotel leading to the bedrooms looks shabby and the carpet needs to be replaced as it is filthy.
Location excellent - in the downtown area. A complete bargin.
Hot water lacking at times.
City center location. Close to tourist sites.
No car parking. If one is available, it is bit of walk. My 2 days parking plus parking at Al Hambra was exactly 64 Euro. So if you can help it, Do not rent a car.
