Javier at the reception desk is a great source of local knowledge about where to eat that aren't touristy places.

The wifi Internet disconnected each time you stopped using your phone etc so you had to continually log on. A bit frustrating.

Excellent location, 25 meters to underground. Easy to get to anywhere in the city. Desk was very helpful and always willing to help. All kinds of resturants next to hotle on people friendly streets.

The staff were great. Special kudos to Angel he was very helpful. One of the best hotels on our journey. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family & friends.

Lack of parking, but public parking not. Far away.

Location was excellent, however very difficult to locate when travelling by car. Great for train travellers.

Very basic and when requested easy access for wheelchair was given room without a view and not very accessible. Staff not very helpful and no facilities apart from bedrooms in hotel.

Very clean, modern hotel and conveniently located close to city center, shopping, night life, etc. Staff recommended excellent restaurants.

Wifi had to be logged into so many times I will always remember it. Bed was too firm for me again but that is Spain!

Although situated in the middle of a busy pedestrian street, the room was really quiet and calm. The room was clean and proper. And, best thing, you are in the middle of everything good in Valencia.

I don't know if it's a Spanish feature, but I really hate the beds on wheels that they provide in the Spanish hotels. And this time it was not an exception.

Great location in the centre of the city, 2 minutes from subway and train station, clean and comfortable room looks quite freshly renovated, good breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Valencia city center and Plaza de l'Adjutament. The street in front has a nice selection of cafes and the room had a balcony. Overall the hotel was easily nice enough for my tastes, in a good location and for a decent price.

I don't recall the hotel having self-service laundry facilities (hotel staff, please correct me if I'm wrong). I wish more hotels had this, as using drop-off laundry services is expensive. Also, the hotel does not have its own parking and you have to pay to park nearby if you have a car (this is par for the course for a city-center hotel though, nothing to really blame on the hotel).

Staff were not accommodating AT ALL. Very rude! Their rules made no sense. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Wouldnt stay here again

Great staff, services and spotlessly clean. Central to the sights we wanted to visit and staff offered recommendations for our needs. We were so impressed we extended our stay.

Very friendly staff, excellent central location at the pedestrian area, metro, buses and train station 2 minutes away. Very clean and comfort rooms with high standard facilities.

Not that I did not like but it has everything but not a coffee/tea 24 machine but it is surround with shops/bistros and you will be spoiled where to chose which is enjoyable :).

The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable (save for the beds), with friendly helpful staff, and excellently located in a pedestrianised street in the city centre, very close to metro station with direct link to airport. Breakfast buffet is reasonable.

The beds are firm, bordering on uncomfortable. The hotel was noisy at night, with noise both from outside (from the people in the streets) and inside (guests coming in late at night and talking loudly in the corridor outside the room for what seemed like hours on not one night but three!).

The location was brilliant. The standard of cleanliness was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and all spoke very good English. Breakfast was very good. I will definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back next year.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at the Sorolla Centro. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and the hotel spotlessly clean and well located. Any request we had was speedily and happily dealt with and we would not hesitate to return to this excellent, reasonably priced hotel.

Very small room with very little soundproofing -- could hear the neighbors' rooms all the time, uncomfortable bed, use of safe requires a key which you have to carry with you at all times -- kind of defeats the purpose of having a safe in the room, wifi was very spotty and slow, after midnight doors get locked and you have to ring a bell to get in -- very inconvenient given Spanish nightlife starts after midnight
