The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

As non Spanish travellers, we found the restaurant opening hours restrictive; not being able to eat before 9pm was somewhat disconcerting when we wanted an early evening meal for an early start the next morning. The building is behind a petrol station which made it a little difficult for us to find.

We used the hotel purely as an overnight stop on our way to Bilbao, so price and location were the two things that we looked at when finding a place to stay. This place satisfied both of these requirements.

You could characterise this hotel is being 'handy for the motorway' as the aforesaid road runs directly adjacent to the hotel frontage and probably less than 50 yards away. You couldn't regards the day on which I stayed at this hotel as typical thing any way… as it was Easter Sunday (for those of you unfamiliar with this fact, this holiday is regarded as more important than Christmas to Spanish people). I couldn't access the hotel's Wi-Fi and tried raising an enquiry at the reception desk, concerning this. Like so many hotels, the duty staff at no idea about the Roman system and merely pointed to the fact that their own computers were able to use the Wi-Fi system without a problem. I don't know for sure that these computers had been set up to log on automatically, but it's a fair bet that this had been done (given the level of expertise that I encountered). Internet Explorer 9 will not bring up the log-on the screen and I was forced to enter the web address for this (after making three attempts to describe what's the web address was – using both English and Spanish). I copied an ip addresses wanting my laptop (into a secondary browser) and this worked. Considering the degree to which I was obviously struggling (I'm partially sighted and normally use large screen in conjunction with my laptop… a practical impossibility when travelling) young lady was unprepared to render any assistance and just let me struggle. I got there in the end, despite a lack of help. Breakfast was amusing, we arrived in time to find nearly all of the comestibles that would make up a cooked breakfast, completely exhausted… the lady who was notionally in charge of looking after the breakfast operation was obviously not checking what was available on a regular basis and had to be asked to resupply depleted items.

Nice looking hotel. Staff spoke English. Room clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Tv English news.

Hotel on main road junction. In middle of lorry park and next to industrial units and garage. Location not very nice. Hotel very noisy. No restaurant facilities available due to public holiday -no facilities nearby for food.

Easy access, lots of parking.

Shame they do not provide meals on Saturdays and Sundays, will stay again but mid week, the menu looks good.

Esta detrás de una gasolinera y al aldo de la salida a la autovía, esta pegado además a una fábrica tostadora y huele a eso todo el día, no puedes abrir las ventanas. A través de las paredes se oye a las personas

Elegimos este hotel por encontrarse fuera de la población, para evitar los problemas de aparcamiento que en Semana Santa son tan habituales y, ya que nuestra idea era la de hacer rutas por zonas de naturaleza, utilizarlo como punto de partida. En este sentido acertamos ya que hay una amplia zona de parking gratuito. Pero.....

Lo que no era tan agradable era la zona en que está situado,un polígono industrial "mondo y lirondo". Digo que seria motivado por la crisis actual, el horario de cafetería era muy reducido. A la hora del desayuno sí funcionaba bien y con variedad. Pero,cuando volviamos por la tarde, hasta las ocho no abría la cafetería. El personal daba saltos entre la barra y el restaurante, con lo que cuando se abría el restaurante se cerraba la cafetería. Al final, si querias tomar algo (digo mas bien "picar") te tenias que ir a Logroño, aparcar tu vehículo y tomar algo sin alcohol. Estando en La Rioja, maldita la gracia que tiene... No tengo otra queja, el servicio era bueno, el "poco" personal agradable. Se trata de sopesar estos inconvenientes....y ver si en algún sentido compensa.

Accueil dédaigneux de la réceptionniste (nous ne parlions ni l'espagnol ni l'anglais ?) Service minimum mais l'hotel (chaine) est réservée surtout aux hommes d'affaires et aux voyageurs de commerce.

Es economico e incluye desayuno que está bastante bien.

No me ha gustado el ruido de camiones y grupos electrogenos por la noche que se oyen en la habitación e impiden el descanso.

La limpieza,el desayuno,parking gratuito,economico,la amabilidad del personal del hotel.

Estaba bastante alejado del centro,tenias que coger coche.

La habitación y el baño están bien: limpios, cómodos y con utensilios de baño y secador. Tiene parking en la entrada. El desayuno está bien, buffet.

Está alejado del centro, necesitas coche para moverte allí, pero lo elegimos porque nos venía bien ya que al día siguiente nos íbamos a otros sitios.

Zijn hier al voor de derde keer. Gratis parking + internet. Ruime kamer. Rondom het hotel liggen verschillende kleine bedrijven maar geen probleem.

Krakende bedden. We hebben deze keer geen ontbijt meer genomen omdat dit voorgaande keren ondermaats was.
