A charming hotel that is ideally located in the heart of the historic old town of Cadiz, which enraptures the traveler with its warm mix of Andalucian, colonial and classical styles.

The price,Spa and location.
Spa staff not over friendly!
Spa. Really impressing, whole variety of pools and whirlpools, sauna and turkish bath. Buying 1 night you will receive gratis 1 hour in spa at 10am. Very good, rich breakfast, one of the best during our 2-week trip.
Spacious room. Nice staff.
Free wifi is appallingly slow and would not allow me access to email. Tried to charge for room safe even though it was clearly described as free. Petty charges which detracted from a good hotel.
Quiet room. Location very central in the old part of town. Nice feel to the hotel.
The beds are quite hard. Could benefit from a padded topping on the mattress. Getting there was a little confusing.
We liked the location of the hotel. Close to everything. The guy attending the bar was nice and ready to help. The Spa is good but not the best I have ever seen. But it is ok
When we arrived to the hotel the people of reception was not kind with us. They said to us that the reservation for the communicated rooms was not valid because my sons were yo old for that ...??? They said this kind of room is only for families with more kids and I was takins advantage of it. At the end they said we will make an exception as a favor for me. main lift was not working. Not very comfortable. Disappointing experience really.
Good location. Friendly staff.
Free Internet worked after the second day only. Little bit noisy if you have your window to the inner court side and like to have the window open at nigth.
Friendly staff, cleanliness, really good breakfast. They cook your eggs to order. Free wifi but not the strongest. Great location.
Bed too hard. Wifi not very strong, though adequate .
i liked a lot their spa services, the are perfect! the room was really big and clean, the bathroom too.
if you don't find an offer, my opinion is that it is an expensive hotel but at the same time it is a luxury hotel
The gentleman who assisted us to get our mid-sized car into the car park evelator was excellent. It was obvious that he had done this many times before and was extremely good with his instructions. This is not something for the faint-hearted but would be easier with a smaller car. We were very grateful for his assistance.
Bed and pillows very uncomfortable
Trouble with original booking. Took long time to sort out payment
Had a great bathtub and was close to downtown
hotel is well located and only a few minutes walk from the main attractions. Rooms are well equipped and the hotel is good value for money. The staff are very friendly& helpful
Location was good.
Staff were awful. My friend's door lock broke, the external lift was broken and the TV didn't work. At no time did the staff apologize. I asked for a discount (I booked the rooms), but this was refused. I will never go back to this hotel or use booking.com again, unless this is rectified.
Hotel in the heart of old Cadiz. The impressive large size internal courtyard lounge area is very tastefully decorated to maintain the historical character of a once wealthy large residence from the 'Indes' period of Cadiz. Guest rooms very modern, spacious and clean with the usual good quality amenities of the Senator hotel group including soundproofing, mini fridge and kettle. Nice intimate bar area.
Hotel's general toilets too remote from main lobby lounge seating area and bar . To access toilets required a big trip down a flight of stairs to basement area used as gym etc. Would be good to install toilets closer on same level as lounge scene.
The breakfast was good and proper, the room was spacious and the air conditioning most needed was in perfect working order. For a night on the way it was ok.
It didn't blew me away, the rooms need a spruce up, decor is tired as the curtains and linen, albeit clean, they have passed the sell by date.
Friendly staff, very helpful - they were kind enough to bring up a bottle of fizzy on our birthdays which was much appreciated. Location great, all the bars and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms comfy and clean.
Decor a bit basic and the Wifi was flakey at peak times.
Spa closed Internet /wifi very poor Bed uncomfortable
Staff were excellent.
Rooms facing the internal court yard are quite noisy if you have the windows open. Otherwise it is ok.
The restaurant wasn't open, but bar snacks were available
Position of hotel. Quiet atmosphere away from busy city life.
We thought it was free, but we were asked for 2 euro for the towels and 10 euro as a garantie. We came Down ready for bath and without Money, so we went back . a Little annoyed. We should have been told in advance
Clean, good location, close to restaurants etc. don't attempt to drop baggage as roads are one way and narrow. Just use nearby public parking, not cheap. Unfortunately roof top closed even though very hot weather. Would have been nice to sit up there and enjoy the view.
External lift noisy with window open.
Location, super. Staff professional and friendly (as most people in Cadiz are). Fantastic SPA, good to use a rainy day. Cosy lounge for good drinks at really fair prices. Breakfast, nothing to complain about. Going there soon again!
They don't care customer satisfaction!!!!
