“ Very modern and clean hotel close to the sea. Room is stilish and well- equiped. Excellent price-quality relationship. On the first day of my arrival they offered me a suit for the same price as double room as they were available. I need to highlight the exceptional work of hotel staff regarding any question which arises during your vacation. ”

I liked the staff, pool, deck chairs. I liked the reception staff, fluent in English and Russian languages very pleasant worker from the Ukraine Eugenia :) The restaurant is open only for two hours in the evening, although written to 3 hours (20 to 22) from the menu, most dishes are in return. During lunch, the food is only available in the room. Room service staff speak English badly, every time you order the same dishes used to receive different, plus a small selection, and the meat is of questionable quality unlike chicken chicken :) The rooms are arranged bed, but without removing the dust on the shelves. Bathroom - shower the water runs through the edges. Hair dryer filthy - greasy, never seen crude. We were after having purchased a deluxe room for 3 persons, tooth brush was - just one!! shampoo only 2 small bottles have wanted to ask the administration, but within 2 days (we were a week) finally brought extra. Truly absurd 4 stars and even Spa hotel, where there is no room slippers. Beds large but awkward. Bedding clean. But three individual sheet no pillow cases - a simple blanket.WI-FI Room is almost broken.

The bedrooms had a very quirky design, nice for something to be a bit different. Nice outdoor area, even if the pool was empty. Cleanliness was good, only a little dust. Location wasn't too bad, but not the best if you want to walk out of the hotel and there be a couple of bars and restaurants. One women at reception very poor to put it nicely. When we first arrived at the hotel, no help what do ever. Pool was empty when we arrived. Tried to eat lunch in the hotel, but nobody came and served us so we went elsewhere.

We had 3 small suites. Bright, clean and airy. Outside area was lovely and bright, albeit the view of factory building was a surprise. We were 6 independent ladies and wanted twin beds. Only queen bed in main room and sofa bed in living area. 3 had a wonderful bed & 3 did not. No tea/coffee facilities. Restaurant very limited in choice so did not eat there.

Staff is friendly, also trying to speak to us with Chinese. One waitress in the restaurant in the morning is always smiling to everyone even she is busy, bright all of my day. It would be better if the Spa price is cheaper.

Very quiet room. Great value for money. Good design. A small suite with separate bedroom for 100$ per day! Easy access to metro line 4 (Bogatell) or Line 1 (Marina). Not far from the beaches. Mar Bella is only two stops (Poblenou) and a 10 minute walk. Direct by metro to old Barcelona in only a few stops (Jaume I). Front desk staff multilingual and very helpful. Not the best looking neighborhood of Barcelona. Can be intimidating at first but is totally safe. As long as you are aware that this is not l'Eixample, you should enjoy the neighborhood.

Hotel is brand new, has its own spa, big underground garage, location is easy to reach from airport by car. moody area the hotel is built and a bit smelly room, that is obviously because of totally opened space for toilet, shower ect

Very clean. Good for business and summer trips, not for city trips. No slippers in the room (and this is a spa hotel could you believe this?) so you must walk to your bed from shower with naked foots.

The Spa was great! Everything was good at that hotel. Just the fact that they don't have a bell boy to help guests with their luggage. The pool is unusable in October, eventhough barcelona has a very pleasant wether it's not that cold in the morning and therefore the outdoor pool should have been heated.

the location is ok, just about newar the Bogatel metro station which takes you downtown, but this is about what the hotel has to offer... to the beach it takes you a good 15 min walk, but it is a nice beach, quiter to start with the room design...you enter through the bathroom...yeap...the bathroom and then the surprise...there is no door at the bathroom, meaning either you are there alone or you are intimate enough to do your business with someone looking at you... then we go to the bed...simply horrible to sleep...hard and not confortable at all... thin walls...i heard my neighbour's fun business all night long... the hotel is just for a night or two doable (we did 6) definetely too expensive for what and how they offer

New hotel with a claim to good service, but I suppose they have a lot of things to work at. It was my 3d trip to Barcelona, so I don't mind the location. If it is your first visit to the city I recommend to choose another district. The hotel is situated close to the Bogatell metro station. But the district is not pleasant. The hotel is rather modern, but shabby: stains on a lampshade, chips, scratches, loose outlets, stains on the upholstery, etc. All that do not produce a positive impression. Quite a good breakfast. But again.. cold eggs, salty omlet, not easy to find a clean table, or cutlery. I think the hotel doesn't worth this money. The hotel restaurant has a poor menu. I was very surprised when a Reseptionist asked me to watch my belongings in the lobby. They can not provide security even in the lobby? We have a room with a separate bathroom, but the towels were in the toilet. It is not convenient. Very poor lighting in the toilet. I wonder how do the cleaning ladies can see something. TV hangs so that what is happening on the screen can be seen only from one point in the room. No Russian channel of course..but it is no matter. All in all I expected more..

We really enjoyed our stay here for our 4 year anniversary, however this could be a great hotel instead of a good one with some minor changes. Just really little things that take hotels to the next level. The restaurants food was very good quality for the price. Nice sized room, design furniture. Spa was really nice spent 2 hours in there with all the different jacuzzi's and sauna's, really worth its money... the little things: Ie: toothbrush/toothpaste avail. not even needed in the hotel room just if needed...Room service? We didn't understand why in the restaurant we had an amazing meal but room service is restricted to some little overpriced sandwiches which they didn't answer the phone to order so we scratched that idea...Ice bucket? or even ice available?....they didn't even want to give us a cup so we went and bought some. Most of the staff were friendly just every so often found a rude or grumpy one (ie: waiter at the restaurant was so miserable...such a shame as the food was delicious and really reasonable) Overall had a lovely stay....they could change a few things and really shine. Fridge in the room was warm, no point in having one. Didn't supply a kettle, tea's or coffee...Didn't have shampoo or conditioner in the spa showers, there was no one at the spa desk for ages either however once there was they were really helpful. At one point was calling front desk and room service and neither were answering. You pay for what you get and wouldnt mind paying just a little bit more to have minor things changed.

Convenient location of the hotel with easy access to beach and city sights. If you want easy and reliable wi fi access this hotel isn't for you. Also inspite of rooms looking neatly some details badly need improving.

Nice hotel, with a good service infrastructure. The location is mroe than acceptable (10 min by taxy from Ramblas and Gotic Region, 5 minutes from Barceloneta beach and 10 min from MarBella beach). The suite is made by one living room, one good bedroom and one large bathroom. Modern forniture. Breakfast is good. The SpA (15 Euro) is excellent (strongly suggested). Acceptable gym.

Swimming pool, good breakfast, convinient location We were traveling with a 1 year old baby, there are no loundry in the hotel or next to the hotel;no electric tea kettle even when I explained the situation, I have to go to the restaurant 2-3 times a day to make a food for baby; no place to dry baby clothes. We ordered luxe room and there was a mini kitchen but it was closed, and could be opened for the hole period of staying in the hotel. So I don't recommend to use this hotel if you travel with a small baby
