Excellent location with many of the major attractions within walking distance. Friendly and helpfull stuff
We loved the Luxury Suites. The apartments were very nice and the location great. However, what we liked the most was the extremely helpful staff. They could not do enough for us, especially David. Wonderful place to stay!
Wifi was unpredictable. The washer had no dryer.
Location was fantastic the bed was very comfortable
Need more hooks in bathroom for towels coffee should be replenished daily
We got a whole apartment to ourselves! Great design and facilities. Fully-equipped kitchen. Beautiful staircase. Water to drink in the reception area. Self-replenishing jars of gummies on every floor!
The beds could be more comfortable. The page says "sound-proofed," but I heard foot pattering for many hours of the morning and couldn't sleep. There was no conditioner provided. Our wi-fi signal was too poor to connect.
Relly it was amazing
Fully recomended for every budy, good staff, clean, close to pupalur area, good ammount of many.
Wi fi not fast, no car parking.
Great restaurant in the building across the street with a roof terras
Perfect location within striking distance of all the central districts. Airport bus stops and picks up at the Cibeles for €5pp. We had master suite which was very spacious and quiet at the rear.
Breakfast/Terrace bar appeared limited as was the view so we didn't use it.
The appartements were fantastic and were in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The overall standard was excellent. However there are a few things that could be better...
The duvets provided for extra warmth did not have covers so not very hygienic, you were only provided with one dishwasher tablet and my view is that these should be complimentary. The hotel could also provide washing up liquid, complementary tea and coffee. These small touches along with covered duvets would increase the rating from an 8 to a 10
The location, space & cleaness is great!
Maybe the enterance has stairs ,, the pearson with wheelchair had a trouble! Else its good generally!
cleanliness locality ambiance perfect rooms ROOF TOP <3 excellent support from the info desk staff
We stayed in a suit with 2 bedrooms. The suit was very big and comfortable. The personal, specially Fernandes was very polite, sympathic and helpful, who gave us good advises for Madrid. Location of the hotel was very good.
The hairdryer worked only in the low level, which was not effective for long hairs..
- Location - Staff are friendly and helpful
Great friendly staff. Always a smile and always helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Suite was spacious and beautifully furnished. Great location. Walking distance to all museums and main attractions. Would highly recommend, particularly for extended stays. Home away from home !!!
Miriam on the front desk was outstanding. Her helpfulness was greatly appreciated and made our stay and first visit to Spain so much better. The room was perfect for our needs. Thank you.
Wifi didn't reach the room
The staff, the location, the size and set up of the apartment were all amazing. The terrace, for breakfast and cocktails in the evening was like a fairy tale - looking out over some of the grand buildings of Madrid. It's proximity to Retiro Park was less than a block away.
No drayer Notice from other apartments
Beautiful, spacious rooms. Full kitchen, air conditioning. Miriam at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bartender was also very welcoming and kind. They had some things for little kids to do, coloring, games. The beds were very big, comfortable. The room on the 4th floor was facing the street, but quiet at night with windows closed. Insist on a high floor room.
Even though I had requested a room on a high floor, I was given room 103, which was above a restaurant. The employees rolled heavy objects around and played music, waking us until 2:00. In the morning, they had deliveries at 6:00. No view in that room either, except of restaurant staff eating. We were moved to a different room which had a beautiful view, room 402. It also had an oven, which the lower room did not. No ice cube trays in either room.
Why stay at a hotel when you can stay here? We loved the spaciousness, relaxing on the balcony, its 2 beautiful full bathrooms. Kitchen and laundry are included if needed. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Wi-Fi is available but wasn't quite reaching our room that day. Could use it in the nearby lounge, so not that big of a deal.
The name fits - a luxury suite Wonderful Mirriam at reception desk Top floor lounge with view Kitchenette with surprise - small washer (no dryer but things dry fast on lines in bath) Location was perfect for park and galleries
Would expect 1 "free" coffee pod per guest each day plus dishwasher soap, etc. Had to call and purchase from housekeeping. Printed directions to a market in room or at desk would be helpful Voice mail - our family occupied 3 rooms, needed to communicate - no way to leave messages
The room itself was beautiful - the furnishings, the layout, the amenities. We had a 2 bed/1 bath which was more space than we needed but we both agreed that if we return to Madrid it would be a great place to stay if traveling with another couple or with kids.
The location isn't near the restaurants that stay open into the early morning hours. My husband and I were caught in the situation of arriving in the late evening and didn't really have any options in terms of a late meal...hotel trail mix and fruit snacks was our solution.
Very friendly personnel at the desk, all speaking excellent English. Spacious suite. Clean and well-organized. Brilliant location. Lovely terrace overlooking the palace.
Service at the terrace was bad. We had to wait for half an hour to get a (very mediocre) glass of wine during the evening - and we were not the only ones waiting. The chef / waitress was too busy with catering one family that she seemed to know well and it was simply impossible to get her attention. A pity, as the rest of the experience with Luxury Suites was so good!
Fantastic staff ,superb location, spacious apartment , modern looking, the apartment look as good as the photos
Are apartment was next to the office and you had some noise pollution, however staff didn't start work till 10 or 11 and were finished by five. No decent view.
location, facilities, service and staff were superb....I lived in Madrid for one year so I guarantee you that the location is perfect. The hole staff is incredible, they really care about the service.
