One of Spain's most prestigious hotels, Hotel Alfonso XIII is located next to Seville’s Real Alcazares. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, gym and a typical garden courtyard with fountain. The Alfonso XIII’s elegant design includes Arabic-style arches and ceramic tiles. Rooms are individually decorated and feature air conditioning, a minibar, bathrobe and slippers. A truely exceptional experience that everone should experience at least once in their lifetime. As soon as you set eyes on the hotel you immediately realise that this is a very special place. As far as first impressions go this hotel is in a league of its own. you could say that the breakfast is a bit on the expensive side, but the choice of breakfast is purely one's personal option and the price is made known prior to booking so not a complaint but more an observation.

Location and the external look of the hotel The rooms are in serious need of refurbishment. The furniture is worn and very drab; our sofa was covered in stains, The chandelier in the room, although nice was filthy. In the bar at night we had to look for a member of staff in order to be served drinks. At breakfast which is inside the hotel, birds were flying round over the open buffet…………more should be done to keep them out. I have previously stayed in a Starwood Hotel with similar disappointment. I believe 5 Star in Spain is only reflected in the grandioso of the exterior the reception area, and the price, not the rooms and service. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. the use of the free internet staition with printer was useful.

The hotel felt like a palace. You could stay a whole day in it. Close to all the important places. The name it's self is worth a lot.

First of all, we were really impressed with it's appearance, historical style and design. Service of all the staff was very high. And our secound big impression was from your restaurant San Fernando and the Chef. We like good food and understand enough in a delicious taste, but even we were surprised with almost all we had. We celebrated my 30th anniversary and the Hotel "made" this day more happier for us. Thank you! It would be great to have a beauty salon inside the Hotel.

Everything was very good, Although wifi did not work in the room there is a free computer in the lobby complete with printer. Very large variety of different dishes on offer at breakfast Breakfast plates are very small and ice cold, not really good for hot food.

After complaining about the cleanines of out room we got upgraded to a beautiful room. Also the hotel was right in the center, fantastic! It's a little bit tired, it needs a refurb and that is happening in september 2011.

Situacio. Arqitectura del hotel Es inconcebible que un hotel de 5 estrellas Gran Lujo no tenga wi-fi en sus habitaciones y que uno tenga que ir a una zona comun para acceder a su iPod.

De uitstraling en de ligging van dit hotel zijn fantastisch, je voelt je hier echt als een prinses aan het spaanse hof. Het ligt tussen de winkels de kathedraal en het Parc Maria Louise in, alles op loopafstand binnen handbereik. Het ontbijt is super in een prachtige binnenplaats. Onze kamer was klein maar klassiek en stijlvol.Het zwembad was heel gezellig en intiem. De druk van de watervoorziening was niet goed, wellicht wegens verbouwing??

architecture du batiment trés bel établissement situé au coeur de Séville Manque de service pour un 5 étoiles, les chambres sont très spacieuses mais médiocres en terme de confort même si l'endroit est à la hauteur. Enfin pas d'accès wifi dans les chambres.

Hotellet ligger helt centralt, med endast kortare promenader till alla de centrala sevärdheterna. Frukosten är bland de bättre jag upplevt inom hotellsvängen och inredningen är helt fantastisk i gammal morisk/andalusisk stil. Vi hade hörnrummet med stor balkong och en perfekt utsikt över stan. Vi tillbringade 4 dagar och njöt som hundar varje sekund. Sevilla är dessutom en fantastisk stad (vi prickade in "Abril Feria" perfekt - ett "måste ses"...). Har man "lite pengar över", så kan jag starkt rekommendera detta hotell - som tidigare var den gamla Spanska kungens "sommarrecidence". Helt perfekt, ur många perspektiv... Egentligen inte... De lite mer luxigare rummen är väl inte de billigaste man har sett, så det kan ju avskräcka en del kanske... men vill man bo lite "kungligt", så är det ett perfekt val.

Muhteşem tarihi mimarisi ile mutlaka önereceğim bir otel. Konumu çok iyi. Olumlu yönlerine karşın donanım ve eşyaları yıpranmış, bakımsız. Odanın hazırlanması, temizliği ve sonrasındaki kontrol aşamalarında sorun olsa gerek çünkü ciddi yaralanmaya sebep verebilecek büyük bir problem yaşadık.Yöneticileri anında müdahale ederek odamızı değiştirdiler. İnanıyorum kendi iş süreçlerinde de ciddi şekilde sorguluyorlardır.Ancak bu konumdaki bir otelde yaşanmaması gereken bir problemdi.

Nos gusta mucho el edificio, ya hemos estado antes la ubicación y para nosotros es como mágico. Lo relacionado a mantelería y presentación del buffett de desayuno, también la presentación de servicio a cuartos me pareció que no está a la altura de un hotel gl, el mobiliario de la habitación que nos tocó muy maltratado y creo que uno que otro cuadro le daría un mejor ambiente a la habitación. Tampoco no entendimos porque las luces de los pasillos además de muchas otras están encendidas todo el día teniendo una luz natural perfecta.

Eccessiva reigidita' nei contatti con I clienti. 1^ non e' stata accettata la cancellazione della prenotazione dovuta a cause di forza maggiore mentre da parte della booking.com era stata accettata. 2^ alla richiesta di effettuare il check -out alle ore 17.00 invece che alle ore 12.00 è stato risposto che il limite massimo era le ore 13.00 mentre sarebbe stata addebitati una penale di € 50 dopo tale orario. Dato che l'hotel non era completo - ciò è apparso eccessivo.Naturamente non ho accettato ed ho effettuato il chek- out alle ore 13.00 con disagio perchè il volo di ritorno era nel tardo pomeriggio.
