Location and the external look of the hotel

The rooms are in serious need of refurbishment. The furniture is worn and very drab; our sofa was covered in stains, The chandelier in the room, although nice was filthy. In the bar at night we had to look for a member of staff in order to be served drinks. At breakfast which is inside the hotel, birds were flying round over the open buffet…………more should be done to keep them out. I have previously stayed in a Starwood Hotel with similar disappointment. I believe 5 Star in Spain is only reflected in the grandioso of the exterior the reception area, and the price, not the rooms and service. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. the use of the free internet staition with printer was useful.

The hotel felt like a palace. You could stay a whole day in it. Close to all the important places. The name it's self is worth a lot.

Everything was very good, Although wifi did not work in the room there is a free computer in the lobby complete with printer. Very large variety of different dishes on offer at breakfast

Breakfast plates are very small and ice cold, not really good for hot food.

Peacefull atmosphere, you can hear horse footsteps in the morning as if you were in the 19th centurary. We had a memorable weekend thanks to the grat staff

Spectacular historical building as usual for Starwood hotels . Fantastic location .

Continental Breakfast not on line with a de luxe hotel - If you are not american don't expect to find all you need.

Es inconcebible que un hotel de 5 estrellas Gran Lujo no tenga wi-fi en sus habitaciones y que uno tenga que ir a una zona comun para acceder a su iPod.

architecture du batiment trés bel établissement situé au coeur de Séville

Manque de service pour un 5 étoiles, les chambres sont très spacieuses mais médiocres en terme de confort même si l'endroit est à la hauteur. Enfin pas d'accès wifi dans les chambres.

Muhteşem tarihi mimarisi ile mutlaka önereceğim bir otel. Konumu çok iyi.

Olumlu yönlerine karşın donanım ve eşyaları yıpranmış, bakımsız. Odanın hazırlanması, temizliği ve sonrasındaki kontrol aşamalarında sorun olsa gerek çünkü ciddi yaralanmaya sebep verebilecek büyük bir problem yaşadık.Yöneticileri anında müdahale ederek odamızı değiştirdiler. İnanıyorum kendi iş süreçlerinde de ciddi şekilde sorguluyorlardır.Ancak bu konumdaki bir otelde yaşanmaması gereken bir problemdi.

Nos gusta mucho el edificio, ya hemos estado antes la ubicación y para nosotros es como mágico.

Lo relacionado a mantelería y presentación del buffett de desayuno, también la presentación de servicio a cuartos me pareció que no está a la altura de un hotel gl, el mobiliario de la habitación que nos tocó muy maltratado y creo que uno que otro cuadro le daría un mejor ambiente a la habitación. Tampoco no entendimos porque las luces de los pasillos además de muchas otras están encendidas todo el día teniendo una luz natural perfecta.

Las habitaciones estan como viejas,merecen renovarse.
