A truely exceptional experience that everone should experience at least once in their lifetime. As soon as you set eyes on the hotel you immediately realise that this is a very special place. As far as first impressions go this hotel is in a league of its own.

you could say that the breakfast is a bit on the expensive side, but the choice of breakfast is purely one's personal option and the price is made known prior to booking so not a complaint but more an observation.

Staff was excellent and responsive to all requests with friendly and courtesy attitude at all times.The breakfast buffet was especially good with a wide selection to suit everyones wants or needs. Location was ideal for a visit to the heart of the city and it's important historical sites.

First of all, we were really impressed with it's appearance, historical style and design. Service of all the staff was very high. And our secound big impression was from your restaurant San Fernando and the Chef. We like good food and understand enough in a delicious taste, but even we were surprised with almost all we had. We celebrated my 30th anniversary and the Hotel "made" this day more happier for us. Thank you!

It would be great to have a beauty salon inside the Hotel.

I absolutely loved the decor, traditional andalucian style.

After complaining about the cleanines of out room we got upgraded to a beautiful room. Also the hotel was right in the center, fantastic!

It's a little bit tired, it needs a refurb and that is happening in september 2011.

Es inconcebible que un hotel de 5 estrellas Gran Lujo no tenga wi-fi en sus habitaciones y que uno tenga que ir a una zona comun para acceder a su iPod.

Manque de service pour un 5 étoiles, les chambres sont très spacieuses mais médiocres en terme de confort même si l'endroit est à la hauteur. Enfin pas d'accès wifi dans les chambres.

Muhteşem tarihi mimarisi ile mutlaka önereceğim bir otel. Konumu çok iyi.

Olumlu yönlerine karşın donanım ve eşyaları yıpranmış, bakımsız. Odanın hazırlanması, temizliği ve sonrasındaki kontrol aşamalarında sorun olsa gerek çünkü ciddi yaralanmaya sebep verebilecek büyük bir problem yaşadık.Yöneticileri anında müdahale ederek odamızı değiştirdiler. İnanıyorum kendi iş süreçlerinde de ciddi şekilde sorguluyorlardır.Ancak bu konumdaki bir otelde yaşanmaması gereken bir problemdi.

Nos gusta mucho el edificio, ya hemos estado antes la ubicación y para nosotros es como mágico.

Lo relacionado a mantelería y presentación del buffett de desayuno, también la presentación de servicio a cuartos me pareció que no está a la altura de un hotel gl, el mobiliario de la habitación que nos tocó muy maltratado y creo que uno que otro cuadro le daría un mejor ambiente a la habitación. Tampoco no entendimos porque las luces de los pasillos además de muchas otras están encendidas todo el día teniendo una luz natural perfecta.

Las habitaciones estan como viejas,merecen renovarse.

Eccessiva reigidita' nei contatti con I clienti. 1^ non e' stata accettata la cancellazione della prenotazione dovuta a cause di forza maggiore mentre da parte della booking.com era stata accettata. 2^ alla richiesta di effettuare il check -out alle ore 17.00 invece che alle ore 12.00 è stato risposto che il limite massimo era le ore 13.00 mentre sarebbe stata addebitati una penale di € 50 dopo tale orario. Dato che l'hotel non era completo - ciò è apparso eccessivo.Naturamente non ho accettato ed ho effettuato il chek- out alle ore 13.00 con disagio perchè il volo di ritorno era nel tardo pomeriggio.
