The hotel is beautiful. The staff could not helpful and the restaurant was wonderful.
Location Building architecture, decor Staff kindness to assist and recommend on things to do, restaurants, etc. General staff kindness Excellent breakfast
My room was facing the street where a taxi stop made a telephone ring many times during the night…If it could be avoided it would be perfect!
Excellent location. Great staff. Absolute luxury. Well worth the price.
After not staying at the Hotel Alfonso on our honeymoon because I thought I was too scruffy, I have now partly made it up to my wife, 29 years later! Courteous staff Lovely cotton sheets Service in the restaurant
Finding my way and getting lost in Seville. Road signs are terrible in Seville.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend which exceeded all expectations and fufilled above and beyond our requirements! The staff were warm and welcoming especially in providing a bottle of Cava and delightful chocolate cake. The food was a gastronical tour de force! We will be back.
Elegant building in quiet, but central position. Large room. Friendly, helpful staff. Restful atmosphere in large, elegant public rooms and lovely courtyard. Unbridled luxury.
Fabulous building; attentive but not overbearing staff and perfect location. Best bed we've ever slept in and wonderful to be on the doorstep of all that is great about Seville.
Location next to Cathedral, Alcazar Real and ancient city Wonderful building which was built for the Ibero American Exhibition in 1929 Excellent Service Very good food
Internet access is priced at € 3,50 per hour
Our stay began with a warm welcome at the front (fresh citrus water is a nice touch.) The hotel is beautiful with well appointed common areas and rooms. The breakfast selection is very nice. The outdoor bar is fantastic…the Bar Americano boasts an air of elegant sophistication.
Our room was noisy…street noise as well as from within the hotel. Our room overlooked a parking lot and then the University beyond. Having said that, I would definitely stay at The Hotel Alfonso, again.
location, confort, luxury hotel.
Tried to have dinner but there was no chance at the restaurant. Nevertheless, we had a quick dinner at the bar which happend to be excelent.
The Wi-fi is not very good ...
Note slight lack of attention of the personnel
Just about everything
Problem with our room door opening key which failed 3 times. Next door room had a similar problem.
Amazing hotel with gorgeous public spaces and a beautiful courtyard. Perfect location.
restaurants and bars LOCATION!! history
We get bigger room, with big roof terase, free wifi. Fran Herrera was Really friendly and normal guy there, he was more helpfull than another.
No spa in hotel. Waiters need ti learn better, not to ask me 4 time different people What i Want to drink. Better Organisation
The room was enormous with a lovely big bathroom, the staff were very courteous, the pool area was nice, the breakfast was excellent, the hotel itself was spotless and a stunning building. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful hotel.
Wifi wasn't free, which for the cost of the room per night, should definitely have been included.
The tour of the hotel is a must!
Only stayed two nights :(
high end luxury with style
Location & most of the staff
In 2014 I think paying €5 an hour for WiFi is a rip off - OK if you are a " member" it's free but! Also think their beverage and mini bar pricing is a joke, this is a good hotel but not in my view good enough to justify stratospheric pricing for day to day guest needs
Location , ambiance, decor and food.
We expect a hotel of this calibre to show us to our room and not just give us a key. Front reception not very friendly.
location & hotel ambience - beautiful hotel
on one night - unacceptable noise levels(hammering) due to tidying up in the aftermath of hotel conference at 1am! Not at those prices!
The location the interior design and the breakfast
You can not fix your self a cup of coffee or tea in the room, there is no coffee machine nor an electric pot.
