El hotel abrió sus puertas en 1989 y fue completamente remodelado en el año 2000. Ubicado sobre una extensión de 25.000 m² con 14.000 m² de jardines y palmerales tropicales. Situado al borde del mar entre las playas de Patalavaca y La Canaria, se trata de uno de los hoteles más lujosos y exclusivos de las Islas Canarias con una atmósfera elegante, tranquila y discreta. El personal del hotel es conocido por su simpatía, amabilidad y buen servicio hacia nuestros clientes.
El hotel cerrará por reformas de mayo a octubre de 2006.
