La exquisita amabilidad de todos y cada uno de los empleados. El buffet dietético, de calidad y variado, ideal para unas vacaciones de salud, así como los zumos naturales, las infusiones y los caldos vegetales en el Bar. La propiedad haría bien en replantearse una mejora y ampliación de las instalaciones en la zona húmeda.

Soy clienta habitual. El hotel es familiar, un trato muy agradable y te sientes como en casa. Los servicios del spa son muy buenos No me ha gustado que cobren el agua y el caldo vegetal que hasta ahora era gratuito. Aunque no llevaba forfait yo me hice varios tratamientos y después de muchos años de ser clientes con toda la familia no me ha parecido bien. Aunque el personal es muy amable y me dijo que cogiera la que quisiera no me gusta que esto se haga como un favor, con lo qual pagué todo lo que tomé. Pero creo que es triste cobrarle un vaso de agua o una taza de caldo de cebolla a alguien que està fidelizado y que con esto empaña la imagen que tenia del hotel . La verdad es que nunca me había planteado cambiar, pero a partir de ahora buscaré otras ofertas para comparar. Los pequeños detalles a veces hacen las grandes diferencias y este era uno de ellos, que por desgracia el hotel ha eliminado

El desayuno. BUffet muy completo incluyendo dietas hipocalóricas. No me ha gustado en absoluto. Es un hotel que ya se ha quedado antiguo, camas incómodas, televisión de tubo escondida en un armario, olor a viejo.. Y lo peor de todo.. Lo venden como balneario.. Y es un pequeño spa, con una pequeña piscina de agua templada tirando a fria y dos jacuzzis pequeños donde hay cola para entrar. Estoy muy decepcionada, pues las críticas eran muy buenas. Yo buscaba un balnerario y me he quedado sin él.

Le système "Tout compris", c'est à dire pour une 1/2 pension, l'accès au spa (sauna, hammam, bain bouillonnant, piscine intérieure, salle de sport, cours effectués par des moniteurs) est libre. Pour un client assidu, c'est remarquablement bon marché pour des installations de grande qualité. Un petit bémol sur les récepteurs tv (indigents) et sur les bains bouillonnants (faiblards)

Desayuno espectacular hasta las once de la mañana, el spa estupendo, aunque un poco ruidoso por los niños. Piscina pequeñita pero muy cómoda. En general, un hotel muy bueno. La única pega, que para llegar a la playa había que bajar un montón de escaleras, pero eran sólo diez minutos.

Calme ; à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Chambre avec vue mer spacieuse ... mais un peu vieillotte. Buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité La qualité de l'accueil est réellement insuffisante pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Seul le personnel de nettoyage a été à la hauteur d'un minimum de politesse.
