Hotel Stella Jandía  

the location and the staff especially the bar and catering personnel, the cleanliness in the hotel is very good. the gardens are beautiful.

the meat cooked on the grill is far too salty. security may need to be looked at i was robbed whilst asleep.

I have been to this hotel before so I knew what to expect even though it has now come under different ownership. Itis not a hotel in the normal sence in that it is spread over a large area with very substantial mature landscape filled with palm trees, shrubs and flowers of all types whioch at this time of year were beautiful.It has many levels so lots of steps and better if you are mobile but saying that there is a little tractor train which takes you all around the hotel complex for free. To the rear of the hotels on this wonderful beach area which has a small nature reserve between the main road/promanard and the beach/sea is the National Park ( a range of mountains with fantastic views from the peaks for those fit enough to climb). The beach is long and wide (front to back) and there are a number of pools on the hotel complex near each block accommodation. DB

It is my kind of place so for the price of all inclusive it is very good value for money.

во-первых называется он Stella Canaris*, на автобусе (№10) с аэропорта где-то 1-15, чуть не доезжая маяка (кстати рядом с маяком видела бурундучков), как раз этот отель, водитель спокойно высаживает в удобном для вас месте по ходу следования. что понравилось так это еда, разнообразная и вкусная, особенно десерты, так что ступеньки вверх и вниз, плюс поход до пляжа, который через дорогу, плюс какая-то территория как будто это дно морское, только без воды и только потом пляж. пляж действительно большой, мест всем хватает, зонтик и лежак по цене 8 евро. правда убирают его так себе, очень много окурков. менеджере в основном немцы, но владеют английским, французки и испанскими языками. при мне было два русскоговорящих, особое спасибо даше за помощь в решении моей проблемы. еще что понравилось, так это массажисты сабина просто спасла мне спину после солнечного ожога

территория отеля большая, т.к. это и виллы и апартаменты, чуть дальше стелла парадиз. ходит паровозик по территории, но в какие-то определенные часы. вроде и зелени много цветы, ароматы, но убирают территорию плохо, некоторые скамейки просто грязью заросли. вечером бывают программы, но на мой взгляд школьная самодеятельность. номер у меня вызвал шок (исключение вид с балкона на океан), что бывают отели без кондиционера или на худой конец без потолочного вентилятора. благо мой номер был в конце коридора и могла открывать входную дверь и балкон. сам балкон большой, можно было бы и лежаки поставить, странно что их там нет. ванных принадлежностей нет, только мыло, а т.к. мой багаж улетел на другой остров, первые сутки прибывания были не очень приятные, кстати о багаже, попросила на ресепшен перезвонить сразу как только привезут багаж, но мало того что не позвонили, так еще и увезли в парадиз. инет никакой, один раз попробовала 1 евро за 15 минут, но так все медленно, что нервы себе портить не стала. и напоследок - наличие кукарачи. остановилась бы еще раз - никогда

Die Hoteanlagel ist zu groß. Massentourismus, wie er im Buche steht.

Preis-Leistung; erste Unterkunft sehr herabgekommen, zweite dann ok, jedoch sehr weite Wege; Longdrinks sehr künstlich und im Pappbecher = Massenabfertigung

O hotel é espetacular,as instalasões muito boas, a limpeza é regular,e a animacão exelente,o pesessoal amavel e disponivel,e o comer nos varios bufets é de boa qualidade,saboroso e muito diverso.Adoramos a nossa estadia no Stella Jandia o nosso quarto tinha uma vista esplendida para o mar que se encontra mesmo em frente ao hotel,a praia é fantastica e temos de tudo ali mesmo perto,lojas ,restaurantes,discotecas e bares.....é Exelente

La tranquilidad, la cercanía a la playa, aunque había que subir una pequeña cuesta, tenia un zoo, caja fuerte sin dejar depósito, una pequeña nevera en la habitación cosa que nunca he visto en otros. Los muebles estaban bien...Tenian un mini tren que recorría todo el complejo aunque yo nunca lo ví. Cuando llegas un coche te lleva al hotel si está en lo alto; había un furgoneta preciosa... Y a mi me tocó una de carga media desvencijada aún no sé por qué.

Realmente es un complejo de varios hoteles y apartamentos que se han unido y muchos estan en reformas y pasabas por ellas. Donde yo estaba había mucha humedad en el pasillo y en la habitación habian reformado de lo mismo en las paredes pero en el techo habia un par de bolsas de la humedad; poca variedad en la comida, el último día el ascensor para subir la cuesta se estropeó y llegabas muerta arriba. Salí a las 7:30 de la mañana sin desayunar porque el comedor abría a las 8, y resultó que si lo pedías podias ir antes como hicieron otros, lo deberían informar en todos los papeles que te dan en recepción cuando entras, porque desde luego no es algo que preguntas cuando el horario está establecido. Recomendable a pesar de todo, teniendo en cuenta el precio y que cada vez estará mejor.

Das Hotel Stella Jandia befindet sich in der Club Anlage Stella Canaris. Leider ist dieses nicht ensprechend beschrieben und beschildert. Daher nicht so einfach zu finden!

La playa preciosa, el mini zoo, el espectáculo nocturno, la piscina de las villas y los jardines.

No es adecuado para personas con mobilidad reducida y la comida un poco repetitiva, las bebidas del todo incluído podrían mejorar pero en general mi valoración es positiva.
