The cleanliness was excellent along with the choice of food for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.

It was very noisy. Soundproofing was non-existent. The noise went right through into night. One idiot in the middle of the night shouted out fire three times and there was smashing of glass! On our confirmation from yourselves our checking out time was stated as being by 12.00 but we got stuck in the underground car park just after 10.00am because the key card was programmed to run out at 10.00am which according to hotel literature, our checking out should have been by 10.00am. The access to the car park was dreadful and our car has been damaged as a result and the repair could be rather costly.

The hotel is very close to all amenities. Train station just 2 min walk. This hotel is more suitable for Couples with kids or older people.But we very enjoyed our stay. Girl in reception (Judit) was very very nice and very helpful one of the best employees in there i think, we didnt like a manager the guy was not friendly at all. Food was very great and i readed the coments that people kindoff where complainig obout food its nothing about what to complain because everithing was exelent, only in diner time you need to buy your own drinks. Thanks them for plesant stay.

Manager is not nice Massages work only on Mondays and Thursdays Wifi is slow

Nearness to beach, train, shopping. Good foods. Also good service with picnick-bag when leaving in the night.

Too much noise at dining-time and betveen the rooms. It would have been an excellent service if late inchecking customers with halfcourse got a picnick-bag on arrival. The cheap twin room for double occupancy had only one chair!!!

Casi todo.Si eres español mejor no ir.Horario de comedor para extranjeros,menu para extranjeros,mucho frito,mucho embutido,mucho dulce,poca plancha,poca fruta,poca verdura,nada de sopas,nada de guisos.En las habitaciones nada de dibujos en español y si bajas al salon una pareja de holandeses clientes fijos te quitan literalmente el mando.En la publicidad del Spa no indican que es para mayores de 15 años, al preguntar en recepcion el motivo,contestacion:"simplemente porque no".Un cero para recepcion, la peor que he conocido.Duchas frias y toallas sin cambiar. tranquilo y limpio.

O custo elevado da ligação à Internet e o facto da piscina interior não poder ser utilizada por crianças com menos de 15 anos de idade.

Patiko, kad gavome jaukų Superior kambarį vietoje užsakyto Standart, labai malonios ir paslaugios administratorės, skanūs karšti blyneliai pusryčiams.

Minusas vienas, kad plonos sienos, dėl to vakare ir naktį kartais girdisi skleidžiami kaimynų garsai, bet tas netrukdė ispaniško vyno dėka :)

El spa es muy bueno, bién cuidado y muy tranquilo porque no dejan acceder a niños. El hotel bastante bién en general y la comida del bufet bastante buena y variada. El personal muy amable y simpático.
