Good food, nice pool, good oportunities to visit Barcelona and surroundings

No soap at the bathroom, noisy, no phonic insulation you could hear the neighbour snoring, every movement on the flor and a lot of noise from outside the hotel

The cleanliness was excellent along with the choice of food for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.

It was very noisy. Soundproofing was non-existent. The noise went right through into night. One idiot in the middle of the night shouted out fire three times and there was smashing of glass! On our confirmation from yourselves our checking out time was stated as being by 12.00 but we got stuck in the underground car park just after 10.00am because the key card was programmed to run out at 10.00am which according to hotel literature, our checking out should have been by 10.00am. The access to the car park was dreadful and our car has been damaged as a result and the repair could be rather costly.

The hotel is very close to all amenities. Train station just 2 min walk. This hotel is more suitable for Couples with kids or older people.But we very enjoyed our stay. Girl in reception (Judit) was very very nice and very helpful one of the best employees in there i think, we didnt like a manager the guy was not friendly at all. Food was very great and i readed the coments that people kindoff where complainig obout food its nothing about what to complain because everithing was exelent, only in diner time you need to buy your own drinks. Thanks them for plesant stay.

Je moet voor veel dingen borg betalen zoals afstandsbediening TV, kluis, badhanddoek ondanks dat we welness-arrangement geboekt hadden, badkamer slecht afgewerkt en slecht gepoetst, veel lawaai 's nachts van allerlei "motors" (lift e.d.)

Excellente situation géographique, proche mer et gare direction Barcelone; bonne qualité d'ensemble hébergement et repas (demi-pension); excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Het is een vakantiehotel, waar ik altijd heen ga, wanneer ik voor zaken in Cataluna onderweg ben. Fantastisch hotel, geweldig eten, zeer gevariëerd en uitstekend van kwaliteit. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Todo genial, es la segunda vez que vamos y todo estupendo como la otra vez. Seguir asi chicos!!!! Es un hotel que puedes recomendar y quedas muy bien.

очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал. после брони позвонили мне на личный номер и уточнили необходимость трансфера из аэропорта до отеля. было очень приятно) номера небольшие, стандартного размера. все необходимое есть. рекомендую снимать сразу в номерах повышенной комфорности - supersuperior. так как мы видели стандартные номера - больше похожи на номера-кладовки с маленьким балконом, кроватью и выходом окон на лобби бар, где по вечерам очень шумно. еда была отличной. завтраки пальчики оближешь. ужины выгоднее покупать на месте, на несколько дней на пару идет 50% скидка. получается 6 евро за ужин. ужины были тоже отменные, было и мясо, и птица, и рыба, и морепродукты. десерты тоже были в изобилии и вкусные) для любителей смотреть тв в отпуске, рекомендую выбрать номер на месте, т.к.вешали их на стены явно не думая о том, что угол обзора на жк-тв не с любой точки одинаков.

т.к.мы ездили двумя молодыми парами, отмечу, что находиться на анимациях в отеле с окружении детей и пристарелых пар не очень весело. мы ездили в санта-суссану (10-15 минут). поэтому для молодежи рекомендовала бы просто выбрать курорт лльорет де мар или санта суссану.

La situation de l'hôtel, la propreté générale.Il semble il y avoir un effort d'amélioration des prestations qui est fait, comparativement aux commentaires précédents.

La qualité bas de gamme de la nourriture, la piscine est bien plus petite qu'il n'y parait en photo, et elle est souvent bondée malgré la plage à quelques mètres plus bas.
