breakfast top !!
- close to public transportation (bus, subway, taxi) - friendly and helpful staff
nothing except to suggest for remodelling or improve.
The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet area. Several supermarkets are really close which is convenient if you'd want to buy breakfast or water for the day. The metro station El Putxet is right around the corner and will bring to the city center fastly. Our hotel room had a really large bed and a good shower. The hotel rooms are cleaned everymorning and you get fresh towels with that as well. All in all, a great hotel to come back to after a day of sightseeing in Barcelona!
The facilities were exceptional. Everything I needed and very comfortable. The rooms were big.
No kettle in the room :(
The bathroom was beautiful
The room was very tiny and tight. The area of the hotel is far from the center of Barcelona and the surrounding neighborhood is very sleepy.
We liked the staff, the cleanliness, the location. We stayed 10 days and we enjoyed a lot.
All was ok.
Everything perfect, staff nice, room size is ok, bath room quite big, air conditioning working well.
WIFI internet was quite slow and some apps were not working.
The peaceful location away from the touristic hubbub (but an easy metro ride to it) and the opportunity to have a continental breakfast instead of the full €14 buffet.
We had asked for a room with separate beds and were given 301 which was so incredibly small in comparison to the other rooms further down the hall that I think it should only be a room for families traveling with older children who need their own room. But I did not want to complain because the staff kindly let us keep our luggage in the reception until the early evening. But if you are an adult couple, beware any room that ends in 01.
Staff was great, really friendly and always helpful. Rooms nice and comfortable, not to small and quiet (we had a room to the back). The room was cleaned to our satisfaction every day. The bed was big, had a *very* comfortable mattress and lots of pillows. Location is really good, just a few steps to L7 and then an 8 minute-drive to Placa Catalunya. Great value for money!
Can't think of anything right now.
Staff was kind and helpful, room was OK, location is good. Overall it was quite OK.
Only two international english language TV channels were available. Room was a bit small. No free parking available, hotel parking was 18EUR/night which is a quite expensive.
Location was very good.
Wifi wasn't great. There was no info in room re hotel facilities, ie Room Service, how to contact reception etc.
The location, the service, the staff
The light in some rooms
Free wifi and good option if you just "need a place to sleep" Very friendly staff in the reception
Food in the restaurant was made using the "microwave philosphy" - so many better places in Barcelona
The value for money is very good
Nothing in particular
Clean and neat. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
rooms were a bit small and due to roadworks outside the hotel was difficult to get to.
I like the location particularly being close to the tube
Unable to connect to WI FI with my laptop which was my only bugbear
location, nearness to the metro station, beds, clean
1. the Internet connection was a disaster: not available from the room, only in the public areas 2. the door of the bathroom wouldn't close 3. the hotel staff was quite slow and could not provide suggestions and answers to typical tourist questions like "Could you recommend a nice place in the city center for having a drink?"
Internet very slow, no ramp for luggage in spite entrance is 1 mt down than street level
friendly and helpful
could hear people in next door room; lighting not very good - economy bulbs don't give enough light; blanket not in room (only sheets on bed - got cold)
my room was on the ground floor off reception and it had a little terrace to sit outside
Very clean. Has a safety box. Free WiFi. Parking available (for a fee). Away from tourist area. Close to Metro.
No pool or exercise room. Far from city centre.
Staff is really friendly and helpful. It's convenient to book excursions etc right on reception with small discount. Price is reasonably. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms.
Wi-Fi in room (5th floor) is unacceptable to use, declared wired internet consists of amplifier and network cable what means rather unstable and low-speed connection. Also you need to request new login/password every 3 days. Also there are two metro networks in Barcelona - TMB (the most widespread) and FGC (which controls nearby metro stations El Putxet and Padua). It means that you need to pay twice, for example, to get to Barceloneta metro station (closest to the beach) or Plaça Espanya. It's not big problem really but rather unpleasantly.
The room we got at our first period (3 nights), was a bit small, but got the basics, and we were happy with it. The baby cribs we requested were there when we arrived. The room we got later (1 night only), were very spacious and nice (had a stand up shower and a bathtub). All rooms were we stayed were clean and had wi-fi working perfectly.
Bed was good.
Defenitely needs some work done on maintenance and cleaning could be better on details (top side of sockets, mold spots)
I liked the staff. They were very helpful.
