A bossy staff asked to change my triple room to two double rooms because of additional one infant (who is less than 2 years old)! Plus, everyday we have go to reception to collect the rubbish bags, toilet paper, shampoo for our rooms! After the room service, we even found the stool was put on top of another chair!

Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Barcelona. Location was perfect. One block or so from great shopping, cafes, transportation and a very short walk down that block to the plaza leading to the Gaudi Cathedral. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was very nice. Loved the hotel, if I had to say anything could be improved upon, it would be thicker bathroom towels.

Location in the city, proximity to subway. While I was surprised that the third bed appeared to be a cot, in fact it was quite comfortable with a nice mattress. I would have like the third bed to have the same kind of bedspread treatment as the two main beds in the room so it didn't look so out of place.

Good location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was a bit expensive. Use of hotel email was outrageous expensive. May hotel in you class provide internet rooms with several computers and little or no price.

Location: access to all city transport and possibility to visit by foot most of the city center.Also the late breakfast(till 11 A.M.) Room spatious for price.Special thanks for miss Bibian reception manager.She deserves a raise and promotion in the close future Poor english spoken by some staff members.Rooms at lower floors with no windows should be at different rates than normal ones as should be the one next to the elevator

Great hotel in a good part of Barcelona. Staff extremely helpful. Cant comment on food because we didnt sample it. Would certainly recommend or stay there again. My one quibble is why they find it necessary to charge for the room safe. This is annoying in an otherwise great experience.

Locality We had an interior room whose windows opened into an enclosed space with nowhere for the air to escape or be freshened. There were rooms on all 4 sides of this area, all of which had their windows open, which resulted in exteme heat and a dreadful stale smell which prevented us from sleeping. 'We were told the next morning that we should have asked for an exterior room.

Cet hotel est idéalement placé (dans une rue adjacente au Passeig de Gracia). Les chambres sont très grandes, la salle-de-bain en marbre, très fonctionnelle. La chambre que nous avons eue, sur cour était lumineuse et calme. Les rangements sont suffisants. Et le 3ème lit était un vrai lit avec un vrai matelas très confortable. Les chambres sont très propres. Le lobby est élégant, ce qui est plutôt agréable lorque l'on arrive. C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le portier n'est présent que certains jours (est-ce la récession), alors l'arrivée avec les valises et les 3 marches à gravir sans aide ne sont pas top! Aucun concierge, donc les informations diffèrent et dépendent de la personne au comptoir. Un petit moins, les oreillers d'une taille très étroite, et un seul par personne. Autant dire que c'est assez inconfortable pour lire ou regarder la télé........

Gut: Styling, Sauberkeit, Mitarbeiter, Anbindung U-Bahn, Bus, Barcelona-Städte Bus. Negativ: Extrem laut (Türen der Nachbarn, Hellhörig), Zimmer teilweise extrem klein, schlechte Luft in den Zimmern, Innenhof-Zimmer sind übel-wegen Lautstärke.

No me ha gustado nada. La habitación era tan pequeña que no creo que cumpliese con la normativa para un hotel de esta categoría . No tenía aire acondicionado y en consecuencia con una semana de calor, no se podía dormir. Me trataron como a un delincuente. No hice una reclamación por escrito al director y a consumo, porque se hospedaban mis clientes y no quise dar un espectáculo en su presencia. Lo de este hotel es como para denunciarles. Es una estafa. No me ha gustado nada, hasta el desayuno que costaba mas de 20 euros por persona era malísimo. Es una pena en los tiempos que estamos, que existan establecimientos de estas características.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, a peine digne d'un hôtel 2** , au niveau de la qualité des produits !! qui sont vraiment du "cheap" genre " discount bas de gamme!! viennoiserie rance, mandarine odeur suspecte , manque de fraicheur!! , fromage genre Edam bas de gamme, épaule genre boite de conserve en place du jambon!! (on est en Espagne dans 1 4*!!!) et tout ça pour 22euros!!! c'est du racket!! et c'est pas bon!! Nous n'avons pratiquement rien manger!!!! Mais nous avons payé, malgrés notre réclamation!!
