L'hotel i el personal és recomanable, amables i atents, però vam tenir la "mala sort" de tenir uns veïns d'habitació que es van passar la nit de borratxera cridant i posant música molt alta. I encara que el personal de l'hotel els avisés els hi era igual, jo no sé si en aquestes situacions pots fer fora algú de l'habitació però ja et ben juro que hagués estat millor, perquè ni nosaltres ni ningú de la nostra planta no va dormir en tota la nit!

La situacio devant del mar I la habitacio decorada al estil de Sitges amb una arcada I sostres als,be hem estat comodes I diatretes amb les vistes del mar imel passeig.

No te parquing al que hi ha derrera es de terra I de pagament, pots paga al mateix hotel.

Habitacions molt amplies

Servei d'habitacions dolent, el menjar el vam tindre que anar a buscar nosaltres i era de mala qualitat respecte al preu

Pel preu que vam pagar era perfecte, l'habitació, nova o reformada, en perfectes condicions i amb assecador pels cabells, el llit molt còmode,, la recepció també molt bé. És al centre i davant de la platja, no t'has de desplaçar per res. A més, accepten animals sense cap suplement, portàvem el gos i no vam tenir cap problema.

L'únic inconvenient és que al ser al centre has d'aparcar una mica lluny, però si et vols moure pel centre només t'has de desplaçar el dia d'arribada i el dia de marxar.

The location was central to the buses, trains ,restaurants ,shops and beaches. Felt safe to walk around anytime .

The food at Subur was`nt the best so we ate out.

Great stay... Location great... Sports bar conveniently downstairs for food which was good value

Loved the streets, shopping, coffee culture, quality food, sea front, gay friendly town, historic streets, culture, sun, sea, sand and ability to relax, unwind and enjoy the resort.

I cannot think of anything that is important enough to state here!

I liked the location...

The fact that we had to pay for parking in a parking that seemed to have strong links to the hotel. That should be covered by the hotel. To park overnight, cost almost half of the room rate.

To noisy because of the door which are thin and not good. because of the corridor really noisy, which looks like the corrido of a backpacking hostel or a hospital!!!

Very good location, reasonable prices, clean rooms.

No room to have a shower and change after official checkout at midday. We had a late flight and spent he day on the beach - there was only the public toilet in which one could change - this was not adequate and very hot as no air- con.

Hotel with sea front location has a great location in Sitges. The terrace brought you in contact with this great resort community. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was a comfortable 3 star facility. I read reviews about noise, but did not encounter any difficulty.

View was spectacular. The hotel is located right on the water. Our room had three large doors that opened up into a long corner balcony.

Everything felt run down, old, and dirty. I was glad we only stayed for one day because I didn't have to take a shower there. The staff were not unpleasant, but they also were not super helpful or cheery. I think that perhaps their English was just not that great. When we arrived there were empty beer bottles in the hallway (it was 2:00 in the afternoon...lol). This place was perfect for the location, but I was happy to not spend much time actually in the hotel.

Hotel has excellent location on the seafront. On the whole the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. However, on booking in I did think that the receptionist was a little curt and seemed in a hurry to get back to whatever she was doing before our arrival. Later on when requesting a safe key a different receptionist was more than helpful.

Being a fiesta weekend we expected it to be a bit noisy and it was. The windows onto the balcony didn't shut completely tight and would be better double glazed. The outside shutters could do with being painted or removed as they are showing their age and look tatty as they are. I would recommend the hotel for a one or two night stopover but probably not for longer in its present state.

Other then the location absolutely nothing. Have no idea how this can be a 3 star hotel.

Staff at the reception (especially the men) come across as indifferent with little love for their job. The rooms are very basic with no fridge, coffee making facilities and very thin windows which means you get woken up daily between 6 or 7 am when the street cleaning truck goes through the street. Room and bathroom is also dated and completely soulless (not a single picture on the wall). We checked out another 3 star hotel (won't mention the name but it has Medium in it's name) and that looked absolutely great with sparkling white rooms with designer furniture, clean and new bathrooms, great looking foyer, friendly staff and even a pool and garden. It didn't have the beach front location but that matters little as the majority of Subur's room are in a side street with only side ways view of the sea (when leaning over the balcony). All this for the same price as the Subur so we'll definitely will be staying there next time. Subur's breakfast is served in the below sports bar which say sit all really. Buffet style breakfast with really cheap fair.

Super location

The concert on the beach front we weren't notified of that lasted until 4am the morning we were leaving! Considerate staff offered discounted rate for the evening after a little discussion.
