Bon hôtel très bien situé en bord de mer, proche promenade maritime, restaurants et boutiques; appartements bien équipés avec belle terrasse avec vue sur la plage; bon petit déjeuner buffet varié; seul petite critique: matelas un peu fermes.

Excellent location with only minutes walk to Old Town & The Strip . Easy access to the beach through gate beside pool.Very clean hotel & Supermarket with access from interior was very handy. Would love to stay there again.

This complex completely over priced. I paid 925 euro for a 1 bed roomed apartment for 2 people 1 week. The entire complex was very quiet. I would guess a 15 per cent occupancy. I visited bar 3 nights. Night 1 ; 7 people there Night 2 ; 0 people there Night 3 ; 3 people there This bar would comfortably hold 150 people. The complex is completely over priced For 400 for apartment for the week , it would have been acceptable. 925 euro was ridiculous At those prices , I would certainly not stay there again Easy to understand why the complex was virtually empty.

Location, right on the beach and split between the old and new towns, perfectly placed.

Expensive accomodation, drinks by the pool also expensive.

Loved the location - right on the beach. Had a room with a fantastic view of the ocean. Breakfast was great - everything in the hotel was well taken care of - tidy, clean etc - v helpful friendly staff. And the weather was brilliant for January

bed too hard, I needed litte softer, also there shoud be should be few different pillows..soft / harder/ bigger...

Location and quiet

I was upgraded to the Fariones Hotel on arrival and given the half board basis. We stayed in a very nice room. I would say that the hotel could do with a refurb especially in the corridors the carpet was a bit grotty for a 4 * Hotel. Food was excellent. Views were amazing and overall we had a great week in the Hotel Fariones.

Again I am talking about the Hotel, we could not get a sun bed unless we were up at 7am

Was only there 2 nights and tended to explore the town so was not at the hotel much but very clean and staf helpful when needed. Had early flight and they provided a very substantial breakfast pack for me to take with me. Excellent location.

My room was a long walk along corridor whether I got the lift nearer my room I still had to do the walk on the reception floor. Some of the signs for restaurant etc need to be more dominant and perhaps a few more of them.

Nothing wrong with the hotel as such but definitely not 4 star standard. I stayed in costa calero hotel also a 4* and it's like a different planet. Fareones not value for money, completely outdated.

We stayed at the Fariones Hotel. They asked us if we would like to move and that was fine. It was quiter than the Suite Hotel and suited us better.

Location location location. A nice quiet hotel with a beautiful setting.

The sun beds and parasol were in terrible condition badly needing to be replaced. Very un hygienic. There was a shortage of pool towels for the entire 9 days of our stay. The hotel needs to have the option of air conditioning for guests as it is needed during the very hot times. The above ar things that can easily be sorted and would not cost a lot.

Beautiful views, great food and very clean. Lovely peaceful place to stay. The only problem was finding sun loungers as other guests reserved them with towels early in the morning, very frustrating as we were all paying for our stay.

It has a good location with, beach access from the pool area which is also very good have three separate pools for toddlers, general and adult pool

the beds were not very comfortable, the double bed is actually two separate singles pushed together and dressed as single beds (not interlocked and dressed as a double). Also the hot breakfast was very poor, but they did provide a large cold section.

We stay there each time we visit lanzarote .It provides us with everything we need. Its located right on the beach and gives you some amazing sea views. The staff are extremely helpful and the complex is kept spotlessly clean. A good breakfast can be had in the restaurant with a great selection of options.Would recommend it everytime.

The only downside we find each year is the nightly entertainment. They dont seem to be able to attract the guests into the bar for the music that is provided. Its a pity because its a beautiful bar. It has been like that for the last few years.

We were most disappointed that there were no sun loungers available at the pool, despite the fact that we were led to believe that staff were to remove any towels from unoccupied beds. Each day we had to go to the beach and pay for sunbeds and we found this most unsatisfactory.

location was fantastic.buffet breakfast yum!! workers friendly.our particulair apartment was very quite and private, also on a high level within the hotel.this is exactly what i was looking for.

I have stayed at Suite Hotel Fariones Playa on several occasions and have really enjoyed each stay there. The location is second to none, I always feel safe and secure there, I love the proximity to the beach and also to the shops and resturants. Also I was delighted to see that you are redecorating the apartments and I think that this is great as the decor had become perhaps a little outdated. For me its as simple as this if I am visiting Lanzarote - I have to stay at Suite hotel Fariones Playa nowhere else will do!

I stayed at Suite Hotel Fariones Playa with my young daughter for 5 nights. The location of the Hotel was excellent. We were situated on the ground floor of the hotel, with pool and beach directly in front of our appartment. The supermarket which was situated one floor above was an added bonus. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. A teapot for us Irish, would be an advantage. Otherwise no complaints.

Its ideal location to the beach ,shops , restaurants,etc.

The entertainment in the bar at night is poor and could do with a live band at least twice a week. Also I found the local beer at the bar too expenscive at 4 euro a pint.
