It was a quiet week for the hotel so we enjoyed the fact that there was not a lot of other people about at any time. Pool area and furniture was clean and tidy. Under-ground and secure parking, Food was excellent, Cleaners made such an effort in the apartment every day.

Not sure I would enjoy the experience so much if families with young children were abundant.

The villa was fantastic with its own pool. It was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The buffet breakfast was great and staff were really nice. There was a playground which was brilliant and a putting course which the children enjoyed. The hotel also ran a free miniclub for children. Oana who ran the club was brilliant with the children and there was supervised activities during the day. The playroom where the club took place was fantastic. Great toys for the children and my 12 month old loved the ball pool. The hotel also has a games room for older children with 4 playstation threes with 4 gaming chairs. The reception staff were always helpful and Jose Antonio was excellent. The views from the hotel were lovely.

There was a lovely bowl of fruit in the villa when we arrived but I think some milk, coffee and tea would also be nice especially for guests arriving late in the evening. A shop selling sweets, crisps, chocolates, fruit and basic provisions would be nice for the guests.

We had a villa with small private pool and wonderful views.

Breakfast not too brilliant and the coffee was really awful.

The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent Rooms were very spacious and clean ideal for a family with three children as we all had plenty of room The added bonus was having our own private pool Perfect!!!!

The only downside to the hotel would be the lack of restaurants within the hotel The main restaurant keep the same menu all week so once we'd eaten there one night we didn't want to eat there again Location was slightly further out than we anticipated so a taxi was needed to get to anywhere unless you're a good walker! Could of done with having a supermarket nearby as you had to get a taxi to the nearest one.

- Restaurant/room service food could be better - No wireless internet connection in the rooms. We have several devices (MacBook Air, iPhone, iPad, etc) without a cable connection and we couldn't use them in our villa.

Absolutely lovely villa. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Great breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Beautiful views of the ocean.

Only one thing - the couches in the living room were not comfortable.

Poor Selection in Restaurant

Perfect location, beautifull scenery views, quite place without the ever-present civilisation noise, caring staff, hot jacuzzi :-)

Small selection of (not of the best quality) foods in the restaurant, chaos on the bar - not adequate for 5* hotel, without any originality...

The staff were lovely, could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble.

The food in the restaurant was awful, really not good at all and we only only ate there once as it was so bad. We got cabs and went to other places to eat or cooked in our villa. There was nothing in walking distance wee you could buy basic food, like milk, bread and water. Nothing n site as at all which is not really good enough for a 5 star hotel and the prices they charge. Needs to be addressed. Or say on your website that we need a car.

El trato del personal es fantástico. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Y la comida a la carta, de lo mejor que he probado nunca en hoteles. Fantásticos cocineros!!! Las villas estan como para no salir. Volveremos!!

Echo de menos alguna pista de padel, aunque justo enfrente del hotel hay un centro de alto rendimiento deportivo que tiene de todo.

Nos ha encantado el atendimiento de todos y cada uno de los trabajadores, sobre todo J. Antonio que nos recibió excelentemente. Las villas son espectaculares. En definitiva un lugar ideal para relajarse.

El buffet del desayuno tiene productos de calidad pero es un poquitín escueto.

Er was een enorme gastvrijheid in het hotel. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel is buiten het centrum en geeft je rust! De villa's zijn zeer ruim, elke kamer heeft zijn eigen ruime verfijnde badkamer. Een aangename tuin met zicht op de bergen en de zee en volop kunnen genieten van de zon. (De hele dag door!) Aan het zwembad was het aangenaam vertoeven. Geen drukte, geen luide muziek, gewoonweg genieten ... Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker! Kortom ... we hebben ervan genoten en zijn aangenaam verrast!

Wat we bij het ontbijt gemist hebben is een lekkere tas koffie. De koffie was heel straf maar echt niet lekker. Na onze thuiskomst hebben we met volle teugen genoten van een lekkere tas koffie. En die heeft gesmaakt!

не считая незначительных мелочей, понравилось все. стоимость виллы на 2 взрослых и 2 детей - от 300 евро за ночь. можно найти дешевле, - попробуйте найти лучше, если уже привыкли к определенному уровню комфорта в путешествиях с маленькими детьми. планировали пробыть там 3 дня, но остались на все 15 дней и не жалеем. идеальное место для тихого семейного отдыха.

Hay silencio por todo el hotel a todas horas, incluso en el comedor al desayunar. La piscina tiene el agua un poco climatizada. No hay sensación de agobio. Siempre tienes hamacas disponibles en las piscinas. Las villas son muy amplias y acogedoras

El papel higiénico era de calidad muy baja, nada propio de un 5 estrellas. Tuvieron que venir a regular el aguna del jacuzzi 2 veces en una semana ya que estaba hirviendo

Las instalaciones son muy comodas y hay bastante tranquilidad para relajarse

La gastronomia en general tanto del restaurante como del snack bar deberian de mejorar para un hotel de esa categoria

Tranquilo, limpio, calidad/precio escelente. Bufet desalluno bueno. Personal muy amable y competente. Piscina estupenda. Repetiría.
