Very helpful staff, good location, many tourist attractions reachable by foot, very clean room. It was exactly what we needed, a small hotel, very quiet! |

The location of the hotel is great but the road the hotel is on is a bit dodgy but there was no problem...... |

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. THe location was excellent too. The hotel does not have a their name outside. Also, the reception is very small and does not suit the quality of the rooms. |

Great location, great room, excellent staff. Situated on a road that has many stripclubs though this doesn't detract from the hotel's supberb location which is a 2 minutes walk to Gran Via. |

It is clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is very good trained. It has a very poor look from oytside, the windows from the rooms are too small. |
