Good value and well located apartment with bedrooms big enough to comfortably accommodate 6.

Difficulty in arranging initial contact via email and no key pickup time confirmation when arriving - although Marcela was there at my estimated arrival time

Bathroom too small, too few tv channels and all in Spanish, we had no advice on places to visit in Barcelona, no suggestions of services apart from a paper sticked on the door inviting us to visit the staff at office

Rooms are clean, place convenient. Price Ok. Facilities are good.

Invoices should have a stamp on it.

The beds were really comfortable, the bedroos large with ample storage space, the apartment was spotless, light & airy. Kitchen well equipped for a short stay. Good location for major sights.

Lounge small for 6 - only 1 small sofa seating 2.

It is a little bit noisy from inside and outside.

The sheets and towels were clean, floors were clean and no dust.

The apartment was in a state of disrepair. the bathroom door was loose on hinges, and would not shut properly. on 2 occasions both my youngest son and i were jammed into the bathroom unable to open door. The door frame was clearly loose, this could be seen. the cooker hub had bits of plaster and dirt on it, this was also in clear view. the apartment was described as light and attractive, it was not. i found the apartment quite grim in apearance, and grotty in places.

Very good location. The communication with the landlord was pleasant and effective. The appartment was clean.

Great location and great price, clean and comfortable suite. Very happy overall with the apt.

Access to manager was poor...did not know how to communicate with manager for key when we arrived...had to ask one of the residents staying there for help and waited about 4 hours at a coffee shop for someone to aarive with keys. The manager's credit card "swipe" was not working and had to scrounge up Euros to pay in cash.

Clean and big aparment. Super location close to Sagrada de Familia. There is enough towels, all necessary equipment and dishes in the kitchen. Personnel speaking Russian.

Washing machine didn't wash cloths properly. We really expected to use it as traveled with children. Small shower with no place to put a shampoo.

The pillows

The shitty couch and small shower and the photos implied that we had access to a roof topwwhich wasn't available

The flat was clean and the location is relatively close to the metro station.

The supply of towels is not adequate and one is forced to wash the towels after the first day, which may be difficult especially if it rains and the towels do not dry.

The apartment was overall quite decent. It was very clean on arrival. The terrace is a great bonus. The location is not bad, with access to a the metro 5-10 minutes away. Overall I think it was a value for money place to stay, and a mention to the staff is a must, they were on time with the keys, polite and helpful, which is always a bonus!

There were two downfalls to mention; The bathroom is extremely small, very claustrophobic and the Noise levels in the apartment block were rather annoying at times, big groups of inconsiderate people, perhaps the addition of a security guard or a receptionist would help with this.

First floor suite and we had an excellent sun terrace. Air conditioning within suite was good.

Great location , 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Quiet area away from craziness of Las Ramblas however close enough that we could walk into town and enjoy many tapas bars on the way!! Even though we arrived at midnight, staff were there to let us in and nice enough to give great advice on what to do regardless of the time!!

Not many windows to open for fresh air however the air conditioning was very efficient

We stayed here and it was close to all that we needed. We had no problems and the staff where on hand when we needed them. I will definitely recommend and return again. We had a great stay here. Thank you. Kevin.

Very centrally located only a few blocks to landmark and metro in one direction and 8 blocks in another direction for restaurants and other landmarks. By the time we were done sight seeing it was 8 or 9 at night and were starved and never felt uncomfortable walking the 8 blocks to dinner and returning sometimes after midnight. Also had a washer and clothes line so that was a perk.

ceilings very low and small shower. So I would not recommend this for anyone over 6ft tall or over 250lbs.

The apartment was very clean..had many appliances for cooking..modern style..comfortable! The women responsible for the accomodation were very kind, friendly ready to help u and give u advices for whatever u want! Also we were conferred 6 mini books full of discounts about museums, parks, food, bikes etc!

The location isn't so near the center..and you have to walk 5 to 10 minutes (depending which station u prefer..there are only two) to find the metro station and from there to go to the center..also the metros are expensive and u have to buy that "barcelona card" in order to be convenient!

Wifi password too long

The girl who met us on arrival was very helpful and advised us places to see and things to do which was useful as we were only in Barcelona for two days. The appartment was comfortably large for a family of 5 including big teens. Situated in a lovely street, 5 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familias and 10/15 minutes walk to Placa Cataluna. The appartment was clean and well maintained, and almost every facility you could want.

Laura who welcomed us was very nice and kind. They sent us an sms when we arrived in Barcelona and asked if everything was OK. It was a kind and useful behavior. The location was so good and the rooms were clean. I think we will stay there, if we come to Barcelona again...
