Great location and nice modern apartment.

This was the perfect accommodation for visiting Granada. Great location, excellent facilities, lovely helpful staff. We like to do our own thing, food-wise, so having the kitchen/diner was great. After hours walking around the Alhambra, it was great to rest and have a snack in the room before setting out again to explore beautiful Granada. We had a perfect holiday, and Suites Gran Via played a big part in that.

Nothing we can think of! Bit of traffic noise at the front, so if you crave a quiet night's sleep, ask for a room at the back. They're smaller but still perfectly formed!

Excellent location to see old town of Granada nice two bedroom suite replaced towels and made bed! Unlike other aprtment suites, this one is really a "hotel" - with good service, breakfast if you want, etc

No parking - make sure you know where to park car ahead of time

I thought the hotel, especially the staff, was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

It's somewhat hard to find parking even in the off season when we stayed.

Our unit was a 2 bedroom apartment that was Clean, Modern and Large! Nice toiletries, fancy toilet, and good shower. Great full kitchen with microwave and basic dishes,etc. Comfortable beds and best pillows. Heated towel bar! Good location and easy cab ride to Alhambra or walk to restaurants and shopping. Safe area on busy street. We were able to store our luggage until our train to Seville. 2 bedroom good for families.

The bedroom facing the street was noisy. Ask for unit in rear, not on main street. While bathroom was nice it was small for a whole family and no room for putting personal items. Staff was polite but not overly helpful. No lobby, just a small cramped desk next to the stairs right as you enter the door, probably because it used to be apartments.

We were three adults and had a 2-bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was helpful in booking tickets for the Alhambra and giving directions. She also booked a taxi to the bus station when we were leaving. The kitchen was well equipped and had a kettle.

Living room lighting could be a bit better for reading. The sofa is too deep for anyone with short legs or who suffers backache.

The outstanding staff with Tatiana at top. The beds - they were so comfortable that we took the blanket off to take a photo of the brand badge :-) Big room with all amenities you would expect from a first class hotel. Location is superb and they even offer a garage to park your car in. Believe me - this is a great plus in Granada.

On Booking.com it said that all suites had a balcony. This is not true as our suite, #3 didn't have one.

Easy to get to, very comfortable beds, excellent rooms, very clean and staff was very nice.

Every thing was great, nothing not to like.

Excellent value with friendly and helpful staff (especially Sonya). Met our needs perfectly.

We don't particularly like staying on main streets (could be anywhere in the world) but cost and facilities were most important on this occasion. Not thrilled with restaurant recommended on our first night.

We got a great price deal for a fabulous 3 days stay in total luxury. Breakfast in our rooms was such fun. I totally loved the toilet!! I want one in my home now. Good location for visiting all the wonderful Arab restaurants, getting to the Alhambra, seeing the sights of Granada.

Location, location, location. The suite size is huge compared with all other hotels that we stayed in Andalusia. Complimentary candies at the reception also taste nice! Will come back!

Parking is a little bit difficult. The hotel has its own private parking but when you park in and drive out, the receptionist needs to go with you to open the gate. There is no coffee making facility - but I think this is probably a common thing is that area.

The staff was really nice and helpful, especially Veronika, who was on when we arrived with our car which needed to be parked. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was well located to the older part of town and the Al Hambra. The staff recommended places to eat, which turned out to be excellent. All in all, a very good choice for visiting Granada if you want a bit of extra space and to be close to the older part of town.

It advertised as having a fully functional kitchen, but it was not too well supplied. For instance, there was no teakettle, which I think is an essential ingredient in a kitchen.

Great location in town on a terrific street for beautiful buildings, shopping and close to the old town for tapas bars. The suite was spacious and modern with great facilities and a most unusual electronic toilet. We would stay there again no problems.

The rooms were spacious with an adjacent living room, it's suitable for families. The location is on the main street, but can be missed because there is no "large" sign as in other legitimate hotels. It is near the bus station that goes to ALHAMBRA.

The bed was just OK, the rooms are dark and the decorations are dull. Only one staff member can understand a little bit of english.
