The receptionist was kind
The location, the apartments were dirty, the surroundings of the apartment building was dirty,the bed and furniture old and poor quality. The couch was dirty, the walls were dirty...this place should be avoided
Everything is in good condition except that WiFi is working only at reception
plenty of space, and the bathroom was good. theres a little cafe round the back very good food and really friendly.
Kitchen facilities are rubbish no cooker,no bowls for breakfast. hotel is out on a industial estate with nothing around,if you arrive late there is a burger king on the petrol station 10 min walk.
The spacious rooms and basic facilities could be so much better used with care. Plenty of storage space for long stays .The apartments are well cleaned and checked every day. Excellent value breakfast. For sheer convenience, parking etc it is brilliantly situated.
The door lock was a problem (never happened on 4 previous visits) No shower curtain. The TV was useless- as it was last Christmas. The sensible kitchen needs regular checks to ensure cups/mugs/cutlery sufficient for visitors.
It could be a lovely place but there is no upkeep all pictures had been removed with hooks or holes left, toilet seat and towel rails were all broken and what use is a kitchen if all it has in it is a fish slice there was not 1 spoon, fork or knife
The beds and linen were clean.
The location was in the middle of a trading estate, and was very hard to find. We too, had to ask the local police. There was no kettle, no cups and no toaster. When you have traveled hundreds of miles, you need a hot drink, without having to get showered first to go to restaurant. Also the DOOR did not lock, and the TV was useless.
