Se puede aparcar en los alrededores sin problemas. El wifi del hotel funciona muy bien.

It's near to airport and main circular roads giving good access when passing through Madrid. Metro is a short walk.

Hotel was clean, has parking available, breakfast was included, convenient location to metro to get to centre. Luxurious.

One thing was the shower, it quickly becomes a steamroom and you have to watch out when turning on shower... will soak the floor :) Little things.. but otherwise one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

Extreme bad service. Watch out! People working are without wages for 5 months and are only keeping minimal services. No room cleaning, no room service, no housekeeping (we had to do our own beds and come to the reception asking for toilet paper, bad breakfast. Ending, worst experience ever in Madrid (going at least 4 times per year).

Breakfast wasn't ready since the staff wasn't there.

clean, very nice stuff, it has no free wifi but we get ethernet cable for free, quiet neighborhood, 300m to nearest metro station, a lot of free parking places on the street in front of hotel

Average hotel. It is near the metro station, which is important since Esperanza (the part of Madrid in which this hotel is located) is about 20 minutes drive with the metro in order to reach the center.

The room was quite nice.

The temperature of the room. We arrived close to midnight, and it was a hot night in Madrid, but the room temperature was much hotter! It was crazy. We turned on the ac and after a while it was ok. However, we don't like to sleep with the ac on, so during the night it got kinda hot again, and it was a little bit hard to sleep. Not a well rested night. Consider however that we may have arrived on the hottest night of the year.

It has reasonably size bedroom and bathroom. The cleanliness of room and bathroom is good.

No WiFi connection in the room!!!

This was the noisest hotel I have ever stayed a,t the room had a constant noise of running water people having showers at midnight and 2am, we got litte sleep.

Very modern and well-equipped. Clean and very good feeling to return to the room after a sight-seeing. Rooms are stylish and spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful, the whole environment is nice. The building is well maintained. The subway is very close.

Just two trifle: 1. No free wifi in the hotel. In Madrid I usually met hotels with free wifi. 2. The soap dish and some toalette accessories were missing in the bathroom.

I think this hotel represents excellent value for money. It's some distance from the centre but the location was perfect for what I wanted. There is a metro station nearby with good links into the centre of Madrid. The room was comfortable, modern and clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Se encuentra en una zona residencial, apartada y muy tranquila, sin el bullicio de la gente y el tráfico Facil aparcamiento en calles cercanas

Está muy apartado si lo que se quiere es ir al centro. 35Mints d metro con trasbordo o varias líneas de bus para iegar.

La ubicacion. La simpatia y servicialidad de las chicas de recepcion. Le solicitamos entrar antes y nos lo solucionaron rapidamente.

Hotel de tres estrellas como mucho. Mucho ruido de cañerias, y de las otras habitaciones. Las patas de las camas un horror, te dabas continuamente. Pocas cosas de aseo en el baño.

No suelo ser muy exigente y me amoldo a lo que hay si el precio es razonable, pero nos alojaron en la planta baja, a la espalda de Recepción, y el ruido de la gente entrando era continuo. Tambien se oye las conversaciones de la gente arriba y a los lados de la habitacion, y no digamos los ruidos de las duchas y water. Muy ruidoso, apenas pudimos dormir. Otro detalle a evitar son las luces de emergencia dentro de la habitacion, toda la noche encendidas. ¿Por qué?

O hotel tem uma boa relação preço - qualidade. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. O staff é simpático e atencioso a prestar qualquer tipo de ajuda. Está a 5 minutos a pé da estação de metro Esperanza e a 5-10 minutos de bus do Estádio Santiago Bernabéu.

Hotel longe do centro - 35minutos de metro; Só se consegue conectar a internet ate ao primeiro piso. Ficámos no 2º e já nao tem sinal.; Diria que é mais 3* do que 4*. Mas recomendo o hotel dada a boa relação qualidade-preço!

Si hay mucha circulación se oye bastante, no está muy bien insonorizado.

Wifi gratis

Habitación muy ruidosa. Se escucha las conversaciones de otras habitaciones. La bajada de la tubería pasaba por nuestra habitación, por lo que cada vez que abrían el grifo o tiraban de la cadena los del piso de arriba, se escuchaba el agua caer de forma MUY RUIDOSA.

>Las instalaciones no estaban mal y el barrio en el que se encuentra es un tranquilo barrio de Madrid.

Muchísimo ruido imposible descansar en toda la noche.

Precio, trato, limpieza, servicios, ubicación (Metro cerca y se puede aparcar en la calle gratis: no hay S.E.R),

Somier curvado y colchon demasiado blando, se notaban los muelles. Se oye en exceso las habitaciones de al lado.

lo que ofrecen no corresponde con la realidad,no entiendo lo de las 4 estrellas,no es ni de 2,mal el servicio de limpieza,tuve que protestar,esta viejo y con muy poco servicios.

Os funcionários não sabiam abrir a porta da garagem. O funcionário que serve o pequeno-almoço é antipático e rude. O pequeno-almoço é muito pobre: o pão não chega para todos os hóspedes e apenas os primeiros têm direito a presunto.
