Score from 579 reviews Good
Cleaned room, good food in the restaurant, close to a metro station, quite area.
Very noisy air condition.
Close to metro
Would have liked a more varied breakfast and would be prepared to pay more
-good location - close to the metro station "Esperanza", and this metro line leads to the north part of the downtown - silent sourrunding - pleasant lights and colours in the room - bad is comfortable, however it is a bit narrow - delicious coffee - smiling, friendly and very helpful staff
- bad smell in the room - a bit shabby furnitures - it looks rather 3 stars hotel - the doors are closing with bigger noise - there is a lounge bar on the ground floor, which is very pleasant anyway, but Saturday evening was a party with extremly big noise
All the staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect if you come by car as it is just outside the centre of Madrid and so you can avoid all the traffic in the city centre. There are two metro stops close by (line 4) and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. There is plenty of parking space in the street and so you don’t need to pay for the hotel parking. The room was very nice for four: it had two separate rooms and two bathrooms
Great value and close to the Metro.
Internet was not always working, but was fixed after request.
Nice staff, nice rooms, internet access and a very nice breakfast.
very loud: you can hear the tv from the neighbour rooms.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, bar and food on site... the wifi internet worked fine too, and is free... good value, although not what I would call four star.
Walls are a bit thin, and as noted by others too (but they still got me!), watch out for the protruding legs of the bed frame!!
Quite nearby Madrid's downtown.
Weak wi-fi, poor breakfast and expensive, instead of 6€ rated, they charged 8€, because accordingly I didn't book online.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to local subway station ESPERANZA which is located around the corner near a school called Colegio Esperanza.
No vending machines and if your not Spanish speaking, you will have trouble communicating with the reception and staff. I did not have trouble because I speak fluent Spanish. For those who don't, bring a dictionary or you can use online google-altavista translator.
Quiet place. Simple decoration. But definitely not a 4 stars hotel.
Female staff at the reception, very cold reply everytime.
Poor maintenance, a minibar with just two bottles of water and even they charge for it. A rude customer service. The hotel facilities don't fit with the 4 stars category they promote looks more like a 2 stars
Location.5 mins walk from metro. Quiet district. Price. Clean.
The bed is not very comfortable.
Pleasant staff. Clean room, proximity to public transport. Would definitely want to come again.
Type of beds. I hurt my toes on the exposed metal legs. I would recommend they are covered with some soft material. The TV was too tiny.
Location close to the airport and well connected to the city centre. Staff is very professional and friendly. Price was really good.
Beds are really uncomfortable, despite the price is good it cannot be considered a four stars.
Fair quality for little money. Basic rooms enough for a pleasant stay.
The beds in my room were extremely unconfortable. I understand this is maybe only in some rooms... Also when I made my reservation (10 days before going) I asked for a double bed, but when I arrived they gave us 2 beds instead.
free wifi, good price, very good.
Great value for money, very close to the subway. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. My in laws stayed as well and liked the hotel. Would recommend for a quick stay in Madrid.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable but I slept alright.
Everything related to the hotel was outstanding. Quick walk to metro. There were not a lot of food options close by but the restaurant next door was good for dinner and breakfast.
This company has several properties and if not careful you can easily print the wrong map and do a little extra walking.
