This place was one of the highlights of our vacation .The apartment was spacious well equipped ,modern clean and the location was absolutely amazing . Alcazar was across the street and the Cathedral around the corner . Check in was easy and they had daily cleaning service .They give you a complimentary bottle of wine ..some waters ..juices and sodas.Wifi is very good in the living room ..a bit of a struggle in the bedroom space . Great A/C and and elevator that opens up to your apartment .
Really nothing !!! Breakfast at the main hotel wasn't great but the value and location more than made up for it . Do not hesitate on this place it's great !!
Location, facilities, beautiful apartment it was everything the pictures said it would be. Would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting Seville. Breakfast was good and well worth the walk
The only criticism we have is that of the terrace. Lovely outlook which could have been enjoyed more if umbrellas and reclining chairs were provided as without any shade, it did not encourage you to use the terrace in the daytime. Some greenery would have be nice. It felt slightly neglected in these aspects which could be easily addressed with a minimal layout.
The overall appearance of the apartment was great and it was wonderful to have such good security. The furniture, bathroom and bed were all well laid out and gave you plenty of space to rest and relax while enjoying the wonderful views of the Seville Cathedral and Alcazar. It was close to many other sights and restaurants too. It was very convenient to have an elevator that opened directly to your apartment.
It was a bit of a hassle to have to locate the main hotel for breakfast but it was no big deal. The terrace upstairs could have been a bit more conducive to be used. For eg, there could have been some plants, umbrellas, etc
Location, value, breakfast in room, free mini-bar, staff, comfort.
Wifi was very patchy and only worked when standing by the elevator.
Location is perfect, right next to alcazar and with stunning views over the cathedral, cannot beat the location anywhere else! The room was very comfy and spacious and very clean.
Checking in and especially checking out was a bit confusing. The reception was somewhere else and apparently there were even more different receptions so when we wanted to leave it was difficult to understand what we were supposed to do and where we needed to go to.
Location, first impression
Comfort of the beds, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen not very well, if you look better you will see a lot if details miss, for example the level of the rebuilding is not very high. It's as well quite noisy; not only from the street but also inside; neighbours and elevator. Breakfast is served in hotel Murillo, 2 stars. It doesn't fit at all the standard they want to reach in the Suites. So better skip breakfast and enjoy breakfast somewhere else in the city.
Very nice spacious appartment in a great location. It's a small place - only three appartments. We paid 108 Euro per night - really value for money.
The breakfast is nothing special, but for the price we paid, we didn't really expect anything at all. There are three starbucks in the neighbourhood so we had coffee take away:-)
Perfect location, brilliant apartment, and free wine !
WI-fi was a bit in and out
The day we checked in the lady was very professional, helpful and pleasant!!
They have a problem with WiFi because it is on and then it is off. Also there was a very unpleasant man at the front desk when we checked out.
Location can't be better, amazing room, big, clean,...amenities were very good..top quality!
breakfast is in a different location but they also offer a smaller breakfast in your room, check in and out times could be more flexible.
Amazing location and views, lovely comfortable apartments. We felt like we had a private terrace as we never saw anyone else up there! Fabulous.
Breakfast was not brilliant , though it was included which made it good value at least.
Excellent location, very clean suite. Make sure you call or text 1 day before you arrive so they can meet you at the front door. Abel walked me to the suites- which was very helpful!
Breakfast is located at Hotel Murillo, which about a 5-7 minute walk from the suites.
Location was outstanding. Views pf the Cathedral and Alcazar were amazing. Staff were very helpful and curteous. Apartment was very clean and modern, beautifully furnished. The lift straight into the apartment was great. The bathroom with its double vanities and lovely l'occitane proucts. The welcome bottle of wine and fruit bowl and the free minibar stocked daily with fruit juice, bottled water and cans of soft drink- a nice touch.
Wi-Fi that kept dropping out although worked downstairs in the convenience store so not a real problem. Breakfast was very ordinary , although included in the tarrif.
Totally fantastic in every respect. We rated it 10 out of 10, no question.
Everything about it is beautiful, from the front door up to the terrace
Perfect location, right in the hart of the historic city center. Fantastic view on the Réal Alcazar if you are on the third floor - be aware that the pictures provided by the hotel are taken on the highest floor. (The other two floors look out on the wall of the castle). Fantastic view on the cathedral when you stick your head out of the window.
The pictures provided by the hotel are misleading: the fantastic view on the Réal Alcazar is only realistic on the third floor apartment and the pictures of the roof terrace are highly misleading (the terrace has the cold and basic furniture of a food stall and the view is far less spectacular in reality) Quite noisy: apartments are poorly noise-isolated between floors. The horse carriages in the street start at 8 AM and go non-stop till 11PM (about one per minute) and noisy drunk people in the narrow echoing street on most nights. The remarks of former visitors about the poor breakfast are sadly true.
The bathroom and the l'occitane products.
We couldn't get the wifi to work.
excellent location great views large space v well equipped kitchen (though hard to imagine why anybody would want to cook when surrounded by such fantastic restaurants)
we were unfortunate in that the hot water in the shower was not working at all during our 2-night stay. We reported it at breakfast our first morning, but somehow it didn't get fixed. I mentioned at check-out that I was less than impressed, & was informed that I would get a partial refund, which indeed I did, to the tune of E37 out of the (very low) full price of E187 for the 2 nights. I wonder if other people would agree with me that, if offered 2 nights accommodation with hot water for E187, or without for E150, that you'd take the former; that being the case, the refund was inadequate. Small point
This was my husband's and I first trip to Seville. We are very fortunate to having choose Suites Murillo. Our apartment was located directly at the Cathedral. I can't say enough excellent things about this property ... we had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom that was very spacious. The elevator opened directly into our apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows were wonderful for people watching and the endless horse-drawn carriages that appeared every morning. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay at this property!
The appartment is very nice and seville is an exellent city to visit for a short break.
There was at times an unpleasnt smell in the apartment that apeared to come from the drains. This occoured if the plugs were not left in the bathroom basins and kitchen sink after use.
Our host, Abel was wonderful! He met us at the location, oriented us to the area and could not have tried harder to make our stay better. He was the rep for the condos. His office was right by the hotel Murillo.
Having to get to the hotel for breakfast and having to bring all of our luggage to the hotel as well in order to check out. We drove and finding the public parking lot was not easy because so much of the area is inaccessible to cars. We took a taxi to the hotel to drop off our bags since we didn't want to leave them in the car in a public lot. It was only a few blocks but dragging large suitcases was not an option for us. What should have been a short taxi ride was much longer and more costly due to the inaccessibility of streets around the hotel. The taxi drop off was still a walk from the hotel. Fortunately Abel was waiting for us and helped us with our luggage.
great place, the room is beautifully decorated, we especially loved the bathroom, the location could not have been better, literally 2 minutes from Alcazar and Cathedral
not good wi-fi reception in the first floor suite
Location perfect for seeing the city
Location ans comfort
No signage on the wall to spot the property
