I dont think its a famely-hotel... which this site says it is - - there is no playgorund on the hotel - not even a small one - in the pool area and spa - sign says "keep down your voices" - we really missed a small playground at the hotel and some kind of play-room in-side the hotel aswell! - the rooms where very nice ( we choose a famely-room) nice and big room - great with a saml kitchen I dont think its a famely-hotel... which this site says it is - - there is no playgorund on the hotel - not even a small one - in the pool area and spa - sign says "keep down your voices" - we really missed a small playground at the hotel and some kind of play-room in-side the hotel aswell - new fitness facilities! |

The lovely swimming pool. I appreciated having a washing machine and dishwasher and huge balcony. I would have liked a kettle and a coffee machine and more crockery and cutlery. There would not have been enough for four people. |

The large Terrace with 2 sunbeds, table and chairs.In a nice area close to the Beach Beds were too hard for my liking and although we didn't go there to stay in and watch TV, there were plenty of German and French TV Channels, but only CNN and Sky News were available in English. We stayed in October, the Pool was still open and looked very nice but I would imagine in the height of the season, it would be over-crowded as there isn't much space around it. |

The rooms were kept very clean, every day sheets and towels were changed, and the room was cleaned. I did ask for a room with a pool view, and i recieved this. The pull out beds are not very comfortable. |

The location, was perfect close enough to all restaurants and bars but very quiet. Marbella is beautiful. Poor decor and kitchen facilities, no washing machine and the oven had no shelves. |

excellent maid service and quality of room apart from the member of reception staff we encountered on departure the remainder need to go on an anger management course as they were rude,unhelpful and discourteous.eg wi-fi was supposed to be available but my laptop was apparently not compatible.At no stage did they advise methat there were two pay-as-you-go PC'S available in another room.I found this out from another guest at the end of the |

The rooms were very spacious. We were not initially given towels and when we asked for them, it seemed to be an annoyance to the staff. They also told us the pool was closing at 7pm when indeed it closed at 8pm...so we missed any swimming time we might have had. |

indoor pool, hotel clean and quite, no gangs, very family friendly, a very respectable hotel and a great location for the beech the beds we had in 304 were 2 single beds pushed together, they were no very confortable, but the rest of the hotel made up for it. |

We enjoyed the large apartment, not cramped at all. It is very quiet and well run. One member of reception staff is unhelpful, unpleasant bordering on rude and to avoided if at all possible. Our apartment did need a bit of DIY, the curtains in the lounge were hanging off the rail, the microwave oven had been damaged by a previous tenant, a knife had been pushed all the way through the door. The TV service provided is limited and offers very little entertainment value. |
