Sun Bay Villas    

Vi boede i en af lejlighederne med egen pool, og den var enormt stor og lækker. Flot indretning og gode materialer. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale.

Der var ikke meget service, så med seks personer i legligheden vil det nok være svært at lave så meget i køkkenet. Men det gik fint med fire personer.

Beliggenheden, husets størrelse og indretning. generelt fantastisk sted.

køkken udstyr meget mangelfuldt. mangler service, kopper, glas, gryder etc. en hårtørrer ville være fint.

dejlig lejlighed til to voksne og to børn, masser af plads. Fremragende personale - meget hjælpsomme. Rent og pænt. Herligt med direkte udgang både til lille gårdhave, poolområde og egen garage.

Desværre var sengene i forældresoveværelset meget hårde.

no cleaning service, actually no services at all.

We stayed in this villa in April 2013. First of all we would like to thank Carlos. Very helpful administrator! He solved very quickly all the problems. Nice villa, good view, all what you need is car to see all the beauties of Tenerife. Kitchen is fully equipped! Villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We had villa Nr. 32 with WiFi!!! Own garage!

- shower equipement not convenient - a lack of deco - a small lack of kitchen basics : corkscrew, towel,...

: spacious villa, fabulous views of the sea, holiday rep extremely pleasant. Also enjoyed the wonderful sunshine, being able to sit out to eat at night, drinking or eating out not too expensive, villa close to airport.

The villa had not been mopped through before we arrived so wasn't as clean as I would have liked. We found driving about Tenerife quite tricky as road signs not very clear. Nearby supermarkets expensive.

Spacious villa,secure and quiet

We stayed in No 2 (6 person) apartment with a small private pool. It was spacious, clean, tidy and very peaceful; with amazing views from the terrace and the balcony towards the marina and the ocean. We all loved it and recommend it.

I agree with other comments regarding the kitchen: no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid, no kitchen towel, no salt or pepper, etc. There was no shower gel, shampoo. And although all these small items can be bought, it is nice if you don’t need to bother about it.

Superb facilities; exceedingly well maintained; beautiful setting; easy, relaxing, convenient, pleasant stay; and all those great things people say about Carlos? A vast understatement. This is a guy you want your daughter to marry, and then to live next door. Super delightful and genuine individual who does everything to make your stay a bright, sunny, and great one.

Location. Missing kitchen utensils. Very quite. Loads of small bugs everywhere. No english channels as described.

Great location to enjoy a relaxing holiday (car is needed tho). The villas are beautiful and very design. Beautiful walk on the seaside at 200 meters from the villa. Common swimming pool is very nice with a little children pool beside it, on top of a small private we had in our villa. The guest relation manager Carlos was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even better, extremely helpfull person and an asset to Dun Bay Villas.

Pools are not heated, even tho the weather was nice in January (around 27-28 degrees) we couldn't use the pools at all.

It is quite clean and quiet. The view is very nice. Near the footpath along the seaside. The staff Pablo is very kind and helpful.

The swimming pool is not a heated one. The water is very cold in the morning. Near the airport, while there is not many airplanes in the night, so the there is no effect in sleeping. But the master bedroom near the public light, your bedroom is bright in the night.

Beatiful appartment. Carlos is a nice host that you can reach all the time if there is a problem! Appartment is very clean Parking place for the car under the appartment

Appartment is not so qood equipped. You have 4 (or less) from each (plates, knives,...), so you have to wash off what you needed for preparing the meal before you can eat.

Great location- lovely modern and stylish villas with their own garages. Quiet but super pool and walking distance to golf and a few bars. Excellent manager, very helpful. Wifi in the villa.

Nothing really, apart from the fact that the kitchen could have had more crockery and the TV could have had English channels.

My husband and I chose Sun Bay Villas based on the reviews. And indeed there was no disappointment at all. The villas are at the end of a quiet street, so no disturbing traffic noise to interfere with relaxation. The villas are spacious enough even for four people. Though we were only two and this really gave us ample freedom within the villa. The gardens and pools are nicely maintained and the shore is very close. And yes, indeed Carlos is a real treasure. He is not only very helpful, he solves problems, plans trips for you etc... He is also very kind and always smiling.

Since this is a holiday apartment you cannot expect it to be like your very comfortable, well established and excellently equipped home. Therefore I feel it out of place to write anything negative.

The villa was modern and spacious with a small garden and patio and also an upstairs balcony with sea view.

Quite low bed for older people.

We liked the excellent, friendly attention of the manager, Carlos. He delivered all the little extras we asked for. We liked the quietness if the complex. We liked the views.

We would have liked Spanish bars nearer the complex. But we realise that is not within your control.

Very relaxing and Carlos who managed the villas was excellent and very helpful

Beautiful houses in front of the sea, non touristic area wich is great for prices and friendness of the people around, you have towels and sheets inside the house changed every two days and it's perfect, Carlos is a great person who will give you all the tips around, I recommand +++

Just to say something: it's missing a juice maker (fruits are great over there!!!)...

Standard of accommodation was very good, modern, light and airy.

No satellite TV at our property

The villa was very modern. Very bright and airy. Two full bathrooms and a wc. Nice and quiet if you are looking for peace and quiet. We felt very relaxed here. We had a nice time here.

The double bed was very low and very uncomfortable, my back was sore on returning. The tv only had two english channels, discovery and disney! The maid was very unpredictable when coming, she was suppose to be off a friday and sunday but some days she didnt come or just came and emptied the bins. If they had left extra towels this wouldnt have been a problem, I had to come in at night and wash the towels that were lying for the next day. golf del sur was very quiet and the weather seemed to be more cloudy here.

De rust De omgeving Het zwembad, ook goed plonsbadje Perfect als jong gezin. Zeer ruim. Netjes en modern. Alles aanwezig om als thuis te leven. Om de twee dagen verse lakens. Huisje regelmatig gepoetst. Kinderstoeltje en bedje aanwezig op vraag. Neem best eigen keukenhanddoeken en afwasproduct mee
