Location - 15 min walk to Playa Blanca Good facilities include Nintendo Games console and flat screen TV. Good size Pool with privacy. Safe provided. Large Fridge. Good sized rooms - plenty of space.

Pool is meant to be cleaned twice a week, but I had to call up to get it cleaned after a week in the Villa. Also my son had bad skin reaction to the pool chlorine. Wifi was not working, they had to change the router next day. Internet speed was only around 1.2Mbs. Very tight space to park the car in the drive. Not enough large glasses in kitchen.

Pool, spacious, late check out, well stocked kitchen, welcome pack, plenty towels

No English tv except news, spa doesn't allow kids, safe wasn't operating properly on arrival, crinkly sheet on bed

Very peaceful, private and secure, excellent facilities, four sun loungers around the pool, and two on the rooftop terrace. Plentiful supply of towels and linen, all changed halfway through our 12-day stay. We covered the pool at night, and by the time we wanted to use it the following afternoon, it was very warm, no need for heating. Would definitely return.

Beds could have been more comfortable, a clothes airer would be useful. Plastic drinking cups would be good for the pool area.

The villa was in a nice quiet location on the edge of playa blanca. We had an issue with the pump failing on the pool, but sent an email and within 2 hours on a Sunday someone was there to fix. As far as I am concerned this excellent service. The villa is of high specification, and I liked the use of glass panels to get the light into the centre of the villa.

It was a little strange taking a shower / bath in a window, but it was quite private. Also the wifi was hard to get inside the villa due to the metal frames on the windows.

This villa has everything you need, home from home except with the sun and pool. Pool cleaned twice weekly, villa was very clean, we had a problem with the shower and I contacted the owner and it was sorted the day after, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. overall great holiday and good value. The weather was great too.

1st week was excellent, the 2nd week was spoilt by noisy Spanish neighbours who played loud music through the day and argued at night. We did report it but it didn't stop them, this did spoil our 2nd week a bit as we liked to relax by the pool.

Good standard of villa - though not 5 star. Helpful contact a phone call away though we never saw any staff either on arrival or on leaving.

Fairly clean but very dusty - not been dusted for some time. Our main problem was the beds were extremely hard - and even with bed toppers they were uncomfortable. Sat. TV turned out to be only two English news channels !!!!

Overall we were very pleased with our Sun Villa. It is very attractive, lovely garden and private. It was generally clean, well furnished and appliances all worked well. Rooms are spacious and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Appreciated WIFI and heaters. Staff responded immediately to our requests for replacement of small appliances, pans etc that were broken. It was conveniantly situated to Playa Blanca and took only a few minutes by car. We had a lovely stay.

Beds and bedlinen were not of a high standard. There was a lot of dust in the bedrooms especially on the headboards and under the beds and we had to clean that up ourselves. Sofas were not very comfortable either. We were disappointed that it took three days for the pool to heat up so were only able to use it for four days out of the seven paid for.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Lanzarote, and definitely intend to visit the Canary Islands again. We found the villa spacious and quiet, with everything that we needed. We have a three-year-old child and I was please that the villa was secure and that we were provided with a bed rail for our son's bed, as requested. The staff were excellent and attentive, and responded promptly when we asked for a new toaster. We had problems with the electrics in our villa also (I think it may have been the same villa where Richard from Newcastle upon Tyne stayed), but the owner was very helpful and tried to fix the problem on the same day that we contacted them about it. Unfortunately, the problem was too big to fix and required the property to be empty whilst the work was carried out so we had to put up with our electrics shorting every time we used the oven or air-con. The owner was very apologetic, and we were granted a refund for our pool heating also. It is necessary to rent a car, but I think that it is a good idea anyway as having your own transport allows you to explore so much of the island, especially with a child in tow. We used AutoReisen, who were great although we would recommend taking your own child seat if you can because the ones they lend you are a bit scabby. There are many beautiful routes to driving, including the LZ-30 through La Geria, and the LZ-10 to Haria. There are beautiful views from the Mirador del Rio and the road leading south from there. The best restaurant we visited was the fish restaurant Almanecer in Arrieta.

The problems with the electrics were unfortunate. We also had a problem with cats relieving themselves in the gravel around the front door, which wasn't very nice. There were a few signs of wear and tear in the villa and some of the plumbing could be a bit temperamental, although these were minor things and wouldn't put us off visiting again. We spoke to a few of the holidaymakers in neighboring villas, and everyone was very happy with the villas.

Good and clean facilities, spacious rooms, ok privacy, nice pool for kids, bbq, wii u, quiet surroundings. Overall an excellent place to stay!

Too hard beds, weak wifi signal inside the villa, a bit too dim lights outside in the terrace, not very attractive views. Car is essential as shops and restaurants are a good 20 mins walk away. Beaches even further. But overall these quite minor faults in otherwise excellent villa!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was Very comfortable and private. Spacious and well provided with quality furnishings. Good views to the mountains. Playa Blanca is a good resort with nice beaches and a choice of restaurants.

A number of specific things which were inconvenient. The apartment was further out than we expected so had to drive to town. The electrics in the apartment were not capable of handling a normal load and shorted when cooking with the main oven. We finally managed to cook Christmas dinner, but every other electrical appliance in the place outside of the kitchen had to be off including lights. The gym was disappointing - we had intended to use it frequently, but it was very old equipment in a basement. We ended up being charged extra for a heated pool, which was not expected, which then took a week to heat up. To be fair, we were refunded this charge.

A very well-equipped villa in a quiet location. Pool and barbecue are excellent. It is 20 minutes walk to the town but this is no problem. Our only minor difficulties (two non-working light bulbs) were seen to within hours after contacting the friendly owner, who also called in to see everything was OK. We will certainly go back again.

Good and very quite location, all the necessary facilities, nice interior, cosy courtyard.

Pour lighting in a living room and limited wifi coverage - it was active just in the part of courtyard and living room next to the window.

    - good design of the villa, relatively new, modern facilities - two bathrooms and well fitted kitchen were great - living room with plenty of space, large screen tv and wii console - the pool was a good size and the patio as well, incl a bbq - clean, mineral water plus wine at arrival arecomplementary, soap, towels and linens are also included - close-end street with no traffic

    - pool was not heated - some greenery to shield the house from the main road to the resort would be nice, although to be fair green hedges are present between the neighbouring properties - always need a car, especially with small kids, for others maybe walking to the center might be possible

The villa is very spacious, and it’s also fully equipped. It is located on a residential suburb and looks, as it was brand new due to its great maintenance over time. Thanks to Carmen and all the staff for being so polite and attentive.Excellent Quality/Price relationship.

It was easy to get into the villa with the code for the key. Spaceous rooms and plenty of room on the terras with bbq. Quiet surroundings. Washingmachine came in handy, also for towels, as they were only changed once a week.

A tip for sungrove villa's:put on the gardenlights for the new guests whom arrive in the dark. We also suggest a screen in front of the bathroomwindow. It is not unlikely that one of the men on the roof next door can look into your bathroom, where you are having a shower or using the toilet... Pity we had to phone for poolheating (which had already been payed for) after 2 days. Also for cleaning the pool we had to phone after 8 days.
