Sun Grove Villas & Spa (日光树林Spa别墅酒店)  

These villas are the perfect location for all persons wanting to stay in Playa Blanca. All rooms are clean and light. In fact, the photos on this site do not do the villas justice as there is a lot of floor space inside the villa. All rooms are of a good size and even include a very unique glazed internal garden area. All rooms are on the ground floor so the property is very wheelchair and child friendly. (We stayed with 2 young children aged 1 and 5). Outside, the pool/patio area is secluded from the other villas in the area due to the high fencing and is of a very good size with many sun-traps and shady areas. The Pool is a good size with Roman steps and has a shallow to deep decline so is very good for young children. Although, like many of the previous reviews I would strongly recommend the pool heating if you have young children due to its value for money. In all this is an excellent villa with good amenities in a great location. Above all, its value for money is exceptional (Don't risk paying more for less elsewhere!) My family and I will certainally be staying here again in the near future!

Fantastic villa with simple style but well equipped. Everything we needed and clean! The location is quiet and u can walk into playa into ten minutes. We had a wonderful relaxing time and great value for money. Would Definately stay again.

Small bedroom was quite stuffy. No information booklet which would have helped see what's in the area. Very Few negatives!

Apartment was excellent.All appliances were there.Pool area good,no heating required in April.

Too much of a walk to supermarket and shops.Only 1 key.

a bathroom for each bedroom was comfortable. the privacy of the villa and the quietness of the area was appreciated. an excellent barbeque area, outside patio and rooftop sunbathing loungers.

the kitchen would have been improved with a few more pans and an oven grill tray. the temperature of the water could be a little unpredictable whilst showering. only minor details, overall we were very pleased.

Wonderful, spacious and well-equipped villa with lots of facilities. Nice, quiet neighbourhood, and you can reach the centre of Playa Blanca and the beach within a few minutes by car/taxi.

It was an villa for four people, with two bedrooms. The two rooms had an own bathroom. That was really nice. A spaceous sitting room and a separate kitchen. The kitchen had a dishwasher and there was a washing machine. The water of the swimming pool was warm enough (we believe without heating, because we didn't pay for it). We could park the car in front of the villa, of the street.

There were not enough kitchen materials in the villa. Too little cups, glasses, little spoons, pots and pans ... . We always had to think how we would manage the meal with the materials we had. Everything was in good state when we arrived, only the floor wasn't clean enough. We saw it at the clothes of our son of 13 months who is still crawling. The service was very good (we had a question about the tv and the washing machine), but not a word in English!

This is a fantastic villa and I would not hesitate to stay again at this villa. It is clean and well equipped and everything is to a good standard. The pool area is great as is the pool and I would recommend pool heating.

La villa a tout le confort nécessaire pour de superbes vacances. Je conseille vivement le sun grove villas à toutes les personnes en quête de repos et de tranquilité.

Wifi werkte enkel buiten. Geen tussendoor cleaning.

La villa est confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour d'une semaine. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable.

Le débit du wifi n'était pas suffisant. Un des lits était inconfortable. Aucun membre du personnel de l'hôtel n'est venu nous accueillir pendant notre séjour. Du coup nous n'avons pas accédé à la salle de sport ou au spa.

Le confort de la villa et le calme de l'environnement . La piscine assez grande et chauffée . La qualité architecturale du lotissement .

Le petit coffre à combinaison pour récupérer la clé de la villa est ingérable . On n'a jamais pu l'ouvrir. La vaisselle disponible est insuffisante surtout pour 4 personnes et tout juste pour 2 comme nous.

La privacidad y tranquilidad. Si el tiempo acompaña, es un lujo disfrutar de la piscina privada, la barbacoa y el solárium.

Se echó en falta una limpieza más meticulosa. En la habitación principal, se escucha a todas horas el ruido de la maquinaria de la piscina. El Wifi es lentísimo. Falta un televisor en dormitorio principal y también un store que impida la entrada de luz al amanecer. Falta un mortero en la cocina.

Kurze Einweisung durch den Vermieter bzw. einen Ansprechpartner hätte erfolgen können- bei kleineren Fragen musste man sich selbst die Antwort erarbeiten- z.B. wohin mit dem Müll oder Geräusche der Poolanlage, Poolreinigung/-heizung.

me ha encantado la tranquilidad del lugar, la buena ubicaciÓN con relaciÓN A la playa, A restaurantes Y tiendas, el excelente servicio Y atenciÓN recibidos asÍ como el bonito diseÑO Y completo equipamiento de la villa.

las instalaciones coinciden con las fotos que muestran. tardas 20 min andando a la playa. y hay un bus desde el aeropuerto cada hora que te deja en la estacion de autobuses a 12 min andando de la villa. asi que no es indispensable el coche. Pero no repetiria, mejor por ese precio irse a algo mas cerca de la playa, sinceramente

solo hay wifi en un sitio concreto de la terraza a la salida del salon. y aun asi se cortaba. dentro de la villa nada de wifi. salia alternandose por segundos agua caliente hirviendo o agua fria con el grifo en el centro, imposible ducharse con agua caliente si no querias quemarte. la tele en español solo se veía tve 1 y 2. del resto se oía pero no se veía

La villa è collocata in un complesso residenziale a Playa Blanca che, viste le dimensioni dell'isola, è comunque una buona collocazione anche per chi intende visitare le varie località di Lanzarote. La villa in cui abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a gennaio 2013 (B11) è molto spaziosa, pulita, moderna e molto ben attrezzata con ogni comodità (es. lavatrice e lavastoviglie). Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche il cortile esterno sul retro della villa, molto riparato e con una piscina sufficientemente calda senza bisogno di essere riscaldata. Sono strutture molto belle e funzionali, senz'altro da consigliare anche ai più esigenti.

1. Очень неудобно поселяться в неё, особенно в темноте! На окраине города, даже таксисты с трудом находят дом! Никто не встречает, присланные по почте коды непонятно, где набирать, где искать ключ! Мучаются все! Нам повезло, что были соседи, которые намучились и подсказали нам, как "добывать" ключ! 2. Вилла -огромная, а бак тёплой воды - крохотный, на 25 литров! Хватает на полчеловека! Остальным приходиться ждать душ по часу! 3. Слово "спа" притянуто за уши к названию виллы! Приходится ходить далеко в соседний комплекс, записываться заранее на следующий день, чтобы иметь возможность 1 час побыть в теплых бассейнах и в сауне. Кроме того - детей не пускают!! Вход - с 18 лет! Этого в рекламе не пишут! 4. Собственный бассейн - холодный, и в зимнее время года пользоваться им невозможно, если вы - не "моржи". Подогрев - ещё 10 евро в сутки.Таким образом, соотношение цена-качество очень оставляет желать лучшего!

Ottimo l'arredamento, lo spazio, l'equipaggiamento cucina.

Non c'è reception. La piscina, nonostante avessimo pagato per averla riscaldata, era gelata, per poter parlare con qualcuno dell'organizzazione, nonostante ci avessero dato un numero di emergenza abbiamo dovuto aspettare due giorni, poi hanno mandato un tecnico che l'ha avviata (ci hanno restituito il denaro dei giorni persi). Lo stesso per il collegamento a internet. Se ci fosse stato qualcosa di più importante non c'era proprio nessuno.

Me dedico a la gestión Hotelera y creo que es una muy buena opción calidad/precio. Es nuestra segunda vez y repetiría una tercera.

En general todo perfecto aunque creo que las villas necesitan un poquito más de atención a la limpieza. Yo personalmente añadiría también algun cambio de toallas y sabanas ya que en una estancia de 7 días al final tienes que acabar lavándolas tu mismo.

Es una casa grande con todas las comodidades, los muebles con gusto y bien cuidados,la piscinita y la terraza son estupendas.No tiene vistas al mar ni a la montaña,lo que se ve desde el jardin es un descampado y al fondo la carretera de entrada al pueblo,lo digo para que no os engañen las fotos.

No son villas ,sino adosados,con el incoveniente de que tienes a los vecinos en el jardin de al lado, si tienes la mala suerte de que son muy ruidosos, como nos paso a nosotros, no te dejan descansar.Tampoco me gusto el secador de pelo, es de los de pared y tubo de aire.No estaria mal que pusieran una muda de cama de recambio.Y hacen falta algunos platos mas( solo hay seis), asi como una plancha para asar, colador para la pasta, y algun recipiente mas....

Las Villas son inmejorables. Amplias, muy limpias, bien amuebladas y equipadas con todos los electrodomésticos, tv plana lcd, Wii, dvd, etc... La estrella de la casa es la fantástica piscina privada, que por primera vez, puedo decir que he encontrado una piscina climatizada de verdad. Tienes que pagar un extra de 10 euros/día, pero por supuesto que vale la pena. El personal lo mejor. Se preocupan todos porque estés satisfecho durante tu estancia y que no te falte de nada.. Enhorabuena a la propiedad. Un "10".

Lo único que mejoraría es la conexión wifi que te ofrecen por cierto, gratuitamente. Creo que tiene mucho que ver mucho por la zona donde están ubicadas las Villas.
