Apartamentos El Dorado are situated in Puerto del Carmen, less than 550 yards from the beach. The complex features well-equipped apartments, grounds and an outdoor swimming pool. Apartments at the El Dorado complex are spacious and have a living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Kitchens feature an oven, fridge and coffee-maker. Facilities at El Dorado include a restaurant, cocktail bar and snack bar. Guests have access to spa facilities and there is also on-site car rental. The El Dorado complex is located in the center of Puerto del Carmen and a 10 minute drive from Tias. Superb location, spacious apartment, spotlessly clean, attractive well kept grounds and pools, would definitely stay again and recomend to others. Preferred this to the 5 star hotel we stayed in last time and at a 1/3 of the price!.

We had a wonderful stay at the El Dorado Apartments. The apartments were spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location in the heart of both the Old Town and New Town of Peurto Del Carman. Close to beaches and the many restaurants, bars and shops you couldn't find a more central place to stay than these apartments. The apartments were also very secure and having a 24 hour reception is helpful. We will certainly be returning to these apartments.

Twin sinks in the bathroom and private balcony with sea views. No Air conditioning included in hotel price, no double beds (very important), Not enough English tv Channels and bad Radio reception of radio built into the wall.

The best thing about the apartments eldorado was the apartment we stayed in , a 2bedroomed one over looking the pool area with access from our balcony , a huge apartment with great views There is no entertainment at all so very little to do after you have returned from your meal especially for teenagers

The apartment was very comfortable and well located right in between the old town and Playa Grande. Considering the standard of Apartahotel in Puerto del Carmen this one was definitelly above the average. Room where we stayed needed a bit of refurbishment. Even if I really can not complaint about our, I think the apartments overlooking the road were a bit noisy.

i loved that they changed the towels and bed sheets every day. the complex is spotless, and very secure there is security gates so you have to have your key to get in and out of the complex.

Access into and out of complex is only by computerised key. The apartment we stayed in seems to have been updated from the one we stayed in there last year. Would like sun loungers to be updated. Most apartments are accessed by a series of steps which are a challenge when carrying suitcases.

Esta muy bien situado entre la Playa y la zona de restaurantes. La habitación es muy amplia Habitaciones sucias en la entrada e instalaciones algo anticuadas. Es un hotel para extraqnjeros.

The apartments with the sea views,the location,the pleasant friendly staff and especially because you felt very secure there. The first year we arrived it was dark and it was hard to find the apartement and some people were very frustrated. I think it would be a good idea to keep first time visitors in hotel lobby until porter is finished checking in and can then accompany them

Just found our stay at the elderado very enjoyable, would def recommend it to my friends. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Haven to pay for the air con?? I understand people use to abuse the system by leaving it on all day and night but I suggest it should be added in to the price of the accomadation.

The location was excellent. We got everything we requested like big cot for the baby and a room with a pool view. Cleaned daily with fresh towels daily. It is not very suitable for a pushchair because there is alot of steps around the complex.

Really clean,fresh towels each day bar Sunday. Welcome pack on arrival great as we didn't have to rush out to shop. Location great,close to old town and not too far from new town. Guy at reception really nice and friendly. Girl at poolside bar really nice too. Couldn't fault it at all

Location was very good for both old & new town. Complex is very clean, rooms are clean and spacious although beds are very hard. All in all an excellent place to stay would highly recomend El Dorado

We have just spent a lovely week at the Elderado this is our 3rd time to stay there . We love it as the staff and service are very good.The location is very good and its a few minutes walk to main strip and beach. The old town has some lovely restaurants.The apartments are very spacious and have daily cleaning service We booked a second floor apartment overlooking the pool . Next time I will book a ground floor apartment as access is easier. We enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to our next visit in 2012 There is no lift and unless you are on ground floor or first floor it is difficult to drag the cases up all the steps.

Det verkar vara avgörande var man får sitt rum. Vi hade tur och bodde vid entrévägen där det var lite trafik och tyst och skönt. I övrigt tycker jag att det var ett fint hotell, passar alla åldrar och fungerar bra med två poolområden.

The complex is safe, comfortable quiet and well maintained The bedrooms overlook a very busy road, (opposite the biosfera shopping centre) and the traffic is loud partiucularly in the early mornings. I was awoken every morning from 6 by bin lorries and traffic. It would be my only criticism of what is otherwise a great place to stay. If you are a light sleeper request a bungalow on the quiet side of the complex .
