Close to the bernabeau

Absolutely no notes either in room or reception about wi-fi password. Asked at reception and was given a small slip of paper with password. Tried to log-in over breakfast to no avail, asked at reception and told wi-fi is only in your room. Went upstairs and tried again to no avail. Went back down to reception and reported - staff could not have cared less about this and said that they would report fault. Wi-fi is absolutely essential to the business traveller these days?

Though the hotel is not next to the centre of Madrid you will find two metro lines near which you an use for quick access to both centre and airport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast served was very good. Also a free wifi service was available.

The room's smelt of smoke - I had to change three times. The service from reception was disgusting !!! Even though my attempt to always speak in Spanish was 100% the service was disgusting !! do not stay here !!!!

I liked their breakfast and the staff in the cafe'. The room was small but sufficient and clean.

The reception staff should be more friendly and helpful. I arrived at 10.00p.m Kenyan time after a journey of more than 9hrs and all that the receptionist did was to give me the key and give some directions to the room. Opening the door was an issue, one has to turn two and a half times for the door to open, getting the key out of the door is a nightmare. The same key is used to switch on the lights, once you get in the room it is so dark you cannot see the keyhole leave alone knowing what you are supposed to do to have the lights on. Having to connect the internet was also a nightmare for me and I only came to know that I could watch the TV in English after visiting a colleagues room, that was on the last day of my visit. The sockets are not user friendly

Pity it did not have a bar or reasturant, If I had beed a lady o my own I would have had a problem

Close to some excellent restaurants

The pool use is ticketed and limited to 20 guests at a time. It was very hot while we were there and so we could not actually use the rather lovely pool which is pictured on their website as though they own it. In fact they share it with local residents, and hence the strict limits on guest use.

Good located (close to metro), good breakfest, clean room.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood, close to the metro station. Room size is quite fair, bed is OK, the air conditioner works and have a nice pool.

Internet connection sucks. Practically it doesn't work and when it works we lose connection every two minutes.

The room was cleaned well everyday, it was located well for my training at the Eurobuilding across the road and close to 2 metro stations. It had a pool but I never used it.

Breakfast should be included for the rates I paid. If you are sight seeing in Madrid it's a bit far out.

The hotel was excellent value for money and well located in relation to the places and people I was working with in Madrid. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good quality and good value for money. The room was very clean, very liveable and I would cheerfully recommend this hotel to anyone wanting good lodgings in Madrid for business or vacations.

The only minor blemish was a TV system which required a technician to figure it out.

Bien ubicado, el metro esta cerca y buenos sitios para comer alrededor, el precio justo y lo más importante muy limpio y buen servicio

Todo estuvo muy bien. No tengo quejas

La cama era bastante cómoda y el precio es razonable. El kit de baño cuenta con cepillo y pasta de dientes.

El mini bar vacío, la nevera no funcionaba, solamente hay una máquina expendedora y tiene agua, cerveza y coca cola. Solo hay bombillas de tocador en el baño y estás muy alejadas de la bañera. El baño no tenía escobilla.

El trato personal,la habitación( muy cómoda para descansar, sin ruidos, y trabajar ), la ubicación ( para mis temas, perfecta)

No tiene bar por la mañana y por la tarde, para sentarse a leer o trabajar y tomarse un café al mismo tiempo.

Realmente tranquilo (tal vez por las fechas en las que fui)

El cuarto de baño un poco pequeño (necesitas cerrar la puerta para acceder a la pileta por ejemplo)

Cerca el metro. Tranquilo. Todo bastante nuevo.

no me ha gustado nada, el colchón que no era nada agradable tampoco tenían una almohada extra.Nada recomendable.
