House keeper should keep more quite when cleaning the room. They did influence other customers' rest due to too much noise.

The location is very good. The price was different that you quoted me. The houskeeping was bad, we had to call for toiletries, several times. we did not have soap many times. the people at the breakfast room, one of the was not very friendly or nice, she was very rud when questiions were asked. The fron desk was excellent

1. очень узкий и сложный заезд на паркинг, о котором даже не предупреждают и при этом берут за это 20 евро за ночь(((половина машин которые туда заезжали, наверняка повредили кузов автомобиля(((

I enjoyed the vast variety of breakfast foods. The staff went out of their way to make our stay the best. We were able to walk to many beautiful sites and getting back to our hotel was easy. I wish the breakfast opened earlier. It was a long time to wait for my first cup of coffee.

Well located; closed to the metro station "Universitad"; nice and clean area; a nice roof terrace; good breakfast; friendly staff. Bathroom old and not really clean; rooms on the Gran Via are really noisy due to high traffic day and night and bad isolation of the windows; room on the back side recommended; cleaning service did not empty the garbage and/or cleaned the used glasses every day (could be an isolated case); Wifi disappearing very often; definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

Nice, spacious room, with balcony overlooking Gran Via. Good decor and modern bathroom. Spacious desk and good wifi for work/laptop. Had a safe and a fridge/mini-bar. I was on the 6th floor so quite dependent upon the lift, which was extremely slow. It took ages to arrive each time I went in or out and moved very slowly between floors. In the room my only criticism is that the mattress was hard and not particularly comfortable.

It was pretty clean. Beds were awful,two single beds put side by side,very uncomfortable.only one pillow. Tv was very old.positioned badly. could not relax in room.

The place of the hotel is good as it is close to the city center by walking and also to the main metro stations. - the heating was not good for some reason. - they are asking for the room key whenever you leave the hotel during the day.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, and the location was very good. I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioner or vents and sometimes I could hear noise from other rooms (especially in the bathroom).

Location was nice but you need to walk Atleast 15 minutes to get to placa catalunya also the breakfast was very good with lots of choice of eggs croissants etc The phone in the room was not working had to have it fixed after a day it then became ok
