SBH Monica Beach Hotel  

Almost everything !! Beach towels provided was great ! House keeping was excellent.

Bars by the beach, pools and terrace that closed at 6.00 pm just whenyou wanted a quiet drink with a nice view, before dinner . More mature evening entertainment on some nights, eg live singers or bands.

Overall we found everything was ok

Difficult to get a hot drink in the evening ie: Tea or plain water. Only one bar was open for mid to late evening and the hot drink could not be dispensed from the bar only a machine tucked away in the corner.

Good food and service. Service minded and helpful employees. Nice location, close to the beach. Cava for breakfast!

No working internet connection! That was one of my requirements to be able to do some work, but the internet connection was down the whole week. Poor coffee, almost undrinkable.

Nearly everything. Had a refurbished room which was well-appointed and comfortable, just above the small pool and one of the evening bars (and which, when I went, had no supplement for single occupancy). The big pool was good for a swim and to lounge around. The bar just above the beach. Ai was a decent standard and as a veggie I was better fed than I had been in some higher starred places. All the guests seemed very relaxed around the place and the staff were pleasant and hard working. Even the gym looked servicable. Fantastic value for money.

The fruit juices and coffee from the machines. It would cost mere cents to improve both of those to a drinkable standard.

Excellent location right on the beach. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room and decent size. This was our 10th visit and was very good as usual.

Only the downstairs bar available for aperitif, much too dark. Used to be able to get drinks at other sunrise hotels, that has been stopped, pity.

We loved everything about this hotel. Sali the manager is fantastic and so friendly making us feel really at home. As we had been here before, he gave us a personal welcome letter and a bottle of bubbly in our room. He is a real asset to Monica Beach and we look forward to seeing him again when we go back later in the year. All the staff work really hard from the bar and restaurant staff to the cleaners and maintenance men plus all those behind the scenes that you never see. The hotel is in a lovely location, right on the beach with lots of palm trees waving in the breeze. We met many people that return to Monica Beach year after year and we will definitely be joining them. Overall, we feel that Monica Beach has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that we haven't felt elsewhere, definitely worth trying and booking.com are a brilliant company to book this hotel with.

Only being there two weeks!

Overall a very enjoyable stay at an all inclusive 3 star hotel.Excellent location next to the beach,generally friendly staff,nice food with good selection,and a relaxed easy going atmosphere about the place.Have re-booked another weeks stay in a months time!

I liked everything. The location, the services provided, the food. It's my best ever holidays so far. I had a room direct to the beach and it was all inclusive. The room was cleaned everyday and I'd like to thank the girl who did a fantastic job for the whole week I stayed there. As I'm from Mauritius and living in Ireland, I wanted to go to somewhere sunny and warm and cheap as well. I was not disappointed. It's a great hotel with really pleasant and efficient staff who worked really hard. I only had lunch once as I was always travelling and sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner was great with a huge variety of food and different theme everyday. The reception staff were always attentive. As the pool water was cold I didn't bother using it, I guess it's the time of the year and I cannot complain. It's a beautiful place and if you are looking for peace and tranquility, well it's the place to be. Ps I loved playing with the cats. It's so nice to have a hotel looking after pets and at night time the small hedgehogs eat the cats food, it was great to see that.

Hotellet var mycket fräscht och fint. Stranden var ren, långgrund med härlig sand och bara ett stenkast bort. Hotellpersonalen var trevlig och serviceminded. Maten var bra och varierad. Barnklubben hade roliga aktiviteter och ledarna toppen. Hit återkommer vi gärna =)!!!

Ligger lite långt från flygplatsen. En i hotellreceptionen var mindre trevlig, vi anklagades för att inte ha betalat för oss innan han checkat upp hur det egentligen stod till och bad sedan inte om ursäkt!!!

una ubicacion de 10 para los que buscamos unos dias de playa en plan comodo en un entorno agradable sin tener que hacer una excurcion para llegar a la playa.

creo que no tiene que ver , pero lo que no me gusto es justo en el camino de la playa siempre la misma gente jugando a la pelota.

Die Lage,auch die Anordnung der einzelnen Zimmerblocks zueinander war gut.Das Personal sprachgewandt (Rezeption),freundlich überall.Meinem Wunsch nach früher Zimmerreinigung wurde entsprochen.Wer faul sein wollte konnte das auch,ohne von der unaufdringlichen Animation ständig angemacht zu werden.Ein angenehmes,sich durch gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis auszeichnendes Hotel.

Der Pool war nicht heizbar,und der Wind pfiff im April noch mächtig darüber.

Nos hemos quedado mas decepcionados con ese hotel ya que hemos hecho el viaje visitando varios hoteles y apesar que ese nos salio mas caro de todos (incluso mas que hoteles de 4 estrellas) no nos a gustado nada... El hotel se ve muy desgastado. La comida es malisima, salsa frías, pasta pegada y de verdad que acabé comiendo patats fritas (menos mal que estuvimos solo una noche). Recepción umpoco destraida. Habitación no estaba mal pero de verdad por el precio que ofrece hay hoteles de mucha mejor calidad en costa calma.

Prima hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding! Eten is prima, alle dranken zitten in het all inclusive dus dit betekent geen gehannes met geld en portemonnee. Dames en heren in de bars en eetzaal werken erg hard, zijn erg vriendelijk. Gerenoveerde kamers zijn mooi en uitgerust met een prima badkamer. Ligging is super! Elke dag schoonmaken is zeer prettig.

Zeer slechte receptie. Soms Onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam. Vooral de chef is zijn functie niet waard. Duur en slecht internet. Geen koffie en thee op de kamer,geen mogelijkheid tot koelen. Koffie na het eten uitsluitend beneden in de bar.

Quizás en el tema de animación le falta algo, ya que por la noche se hace algo aburrido, puesto que en los alrededores tampoco hay sitios donde poder salir pero bueno me supongo que no es temporada alta y que ya subira.
