Like the eceptional good attitude of staff. Always helpful. Life guard Mo very good, entertainment manager Alex ecellent.

Pool closing to early, should be open until 8pm.

the location was excellent, the studio apartments were home from home with all the facilities within a kitchen that you would expect. Beds were extremely comfortable but more importantly the rooms more exceptionally clean....best self catering we've ever stayed in!

Everything about SunSet Bay is great. We go every year as a family and have made over 60 friends throughout the years. The staff are excellent and it's a fun place to be. The kids club is really good too.

not very good checking in got my room at 5.00pm alot of hanging around,and had to be out by 10 in the morning

Amazing value for money, staff very helpful and everyone we met could not have been nicer. We would defo stay here again. Location was perfect and we have everything we have needed close by.

quirky layout of resort. The pools were fenced and locked at 6pm each night, therefore easier to walk down into town and eat than use the restaurant in the square pity. Our apartment was dingy, noisy late at night.It was behind the wigan arms pub. It didnt have much of an outlook. We felt that it was overpriced for the amount that we paid. That said we were just unlucky in the apartment allocated as the ones in the blocks up the hill seemed to have a better outlook

We liked the atmosphere of Sunset Bay Club and the close proximity to the beach.

The layout of the furniture - the bed was too near the window and the seating was at the back away from the view out of the window.

Was moved to sunset harbour which is very nice have stopped at sunset bay which is very nice

We had to move rooms after three days because required our room

Lovely refurbished pool areas. Friendly staff.Small welcome pack.

Accommodation was very dated and needed refurbishing, also not very clean. Constantly had ants and cockroaches, despite using insecticide. The balcony was very small and did not accommodate six people(not even the four of us). Another internal balcony had no sun. Felt that for the price paid we could have done much better. Day after we arrived there was maintenance work in I block, so certainly not relaxing. There is too much difference between apartments, i.e. refurbished and not.

Very nice pool areas.Plenty of places to eat with good food.

Our apartment was right next to wigan arms pub, even with the door closed you could still hear karaoke over the sound of the tv until midnight, Our flight home was an early morning one but no chance of an early night for us.
