Really good hotel, may be the best in this part of Madrid (we tested 3 of them and it's significantly better then the nearby 4* hotels). Parking is really small

Friendly staff. Quiet and private. Shower was amazing, rooms were spotless, location couldn't be better. Room was a bit dark, small window, but very quiet. City tax and breakfast not included in the price. Cleaners trolley needs some oil on the wheels. Very minor stuff, I'd still recommend it. Clean and comfy.

The service of the receptionist was excellent, he managed to arrange a misunderstanding in communication upon reservation. The closeness to the metro and even a lot of sightseeing are at walking distance. Safe area. Breakfast buffet was more than sufficient!

when I wanted to sleep, I removed the magnetic card and all lights switched off (so I could not charge my mobile during the night). Moreover a white weak neon-light turned on so the room did not get dark and I do not like at all to sleep with lights on.

Stayed six nights and it was was 100% up to my satisfaction ,the staff was very helpful ,Very clean rooms ,best was the breakfast better than most of the 4 star hotels .I recommend this hotel for any business traveller looking for a hotel to sleep and leave the place in the morning and return in the evening .Good value for money .. I suggest that hotel could provide if needed adapter for the rooms too charge laptop or the the phone .

Good location. Good staff. Opportunities to leave luggage till night (plane was late) 2 minutes from metro. 20 minutes from center. Good room - light, clean, bright. Good bathroom. 1 thing - stairs when you come to hotel, not convinient for luggage.

Location and transportation alternatives to/from the center and main attractions were great. Hotel staff were thoughtful, well-informed and helpful. Size of the room was good and equipment except for the minibar/fridge (there wasn't any) and air condition system were good. Breakfast cannot be described as excellent but was more than enough. There was not a minibar/fridge in the room, and we couldn't have a chance to keep our own refreshments cold. If you need a cold refreshment (except for the beer) you have to get out of the room and walk to the vending machine equipped each floor. You have to pay for internet for each user/device since this was not a customer friendly approach. In addition, you have to pay 1€ for each time you lock and open the safe in the room. Television channels were only in spanish.

Very spacious clean room (family room for 3).Comfy beds, nice big white towels which were changed daily and a good supply of toiletries. Excellent position, very close to the metro and only a few stops to Sol. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants etc in the area. Staff helpful. Didn't have breakfast as it was quite expensive. Would definately return as the price for 3 was good.

Personale della reception gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa, molto confortevole e pulitissima; bagno con piatto doccia doppio. La camera affacciava sul cortile interno per cui era silenziosissima. La sorpresa è stata il terrazzo arredato con divani e puff e quattro lettini, da cui si godeva di una bella vista sulla città, compreso il Palazzo Reale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Comodissima la fermata della metro Arguelles all'altro lato della strada. Lo consiglio a tutti e ci tornerei sicuramente. Colazione cara (16 euro). Di fronte c'è un bar molto carino "Caffè e The" con paste, croissant ed un ottimo cappuccino a prezzi normali. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, manca il frigobar nelle camere. Vi sono però dei distributori di bevande fredde e calde nella reception e sul terrazzo.

J'ai apprecié la prooreté du lieux et sa modernité. Les personnels sont très serviables et disponibles Le petit déjeuner est copieux et assez varrié Le métro est très proche (station Arguelles) ce qui simplifie tous les deplacements Les équipements de la salle de bain sont de très bonne qualite Le manque de lumière des chambres (je donnais sur l'escaliercde secours). J'imzgine que c'est un avantage au cœur de l'été quand les températures deviennent écrasantes La climatisation est un peu bruyante...

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, buona posizione, molto pulito stanze grandi e bel bagno con doccia enorme. Noi abbiamo girato tutta a Madrid a piedi e comoda la fermata della Metro per andare all'aereoporto.
