Hostal T4    

Everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel to those who travel by car - close to the airport and to Madrid.

Very friendly reception staff. Room very clean and airconditioned. Breakfast was good with plenty to eat. Useful airport shuttle.

Only access to drinking water was a machine selling bottled water in the entrance.

Good location for going early to the airport. Shuttlebus worked well, even during night. Clean and efficient staff.

Beds were a bit hard, and there were some noise from the heater-fan.

The room

The Hotel is very clean and the attendants are friendly, respectful, and ready to help when someone ask for help.

It was close to the airport. I had a overnight layover and this was perfect.

The location and the fact you have to call them for pick up. Sometimes, as a foreigner you have no easy way to call them.

Its a great hotel. I stayed 2 nights and Was very vell treated. If you are going from the airport, do call the hotel transfer! The taxis are gonna ask for a lot of money. The service was great, people are very nice and helpful.

Close to the airport, if you are in Madrid for 1 or 2 nights this is convenient rooms are very clean, staff very friendly and courteous, bus shuttle is available for 6 euros each way, they can also drop you off at the nearest subway station if you wanna go to downtown Madrid .

The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. I only stayed one night between flights. I recomment the airport shuttle, it's cheaper than taxi.

If you need an inexpensive stop over or indeed a longer stay then this hotel fits the bill! From the first encounter with a member of staff to the last everything was FANTASTIC!! So friendly and so helpful. Level of English was great and the rooms were beautiful. The bathroom was amazing. I cannot say anything bad about this hotel.

We did not like the location of the hotel..Its on odd way from the airport where buses does not go and it took 3 hours to search and reach the hotel. We will never book this hotel because of the location.

The friendliness of all the staff in the hotel and on the shuttle bus service. Gave very helpful advice on trips to Madrid and printed out routes to nearby Cities to visit.

Because our visit was in October the Hotel had changed the air conditioning system to heating and we had unseasonal temperatures of 28C which made the room hot for sleeping.

Having to pay for the shuttle that takes you/picks you up to/from the airport and not having other transportation alternatives. There should be a restaurant nearer the hostal, the one in the hotel was not close enough for me.

I was in transit, the hostal was in prime location for transit passengers, there was a little confusion about my pick up as I booked only a few hours before my arrival, I was given a complimentary pick up, and the drop off was so well priced that I truely was astounded at how reasonable it was. The staff including the driver who doubles as reception staff are very competent and professional. All rooms are furnished the same just size to accommodate triple occupation. Breakfast is buffet and well equiped for any palet. I believe T4 to be a well apointed, clean, well equiped, professional, friendly hostal. I can reccommend T4, for sure I would stay there again. We really enjoy the transport service even we arrived at the airport at 01:00 am.

I think it is necessary to inform the client that where you can waitting for the pick up service, which means mark the position on the map and put it on the website page.

Dichtbij het vliegveld, de service van halen en brengen en de mogelijkheid om (voor weinig geld) gebracht en gehaald te worden vanaf het metrostation als je Madrid in gaat. Prima service! Wij waren op fietsvakantie en onze fietsdozen voor vervoer in het vliegtuig werden opgehaald bij een ander hotel en voor ons bewaard om op de terugweg weer te gebruiken. Erg fijn!
