Nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff at a reasonable price

Wasn't increadible, but nothing I didn't like about it.

The quiet and the breakfeast

The noise during the night coming from a restaurant or bar in the street across our room on the 3rd floor.

Modern design. Clean and good facilities. Nice rooftop pool area. Good selection of food at breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great for exploring Santa Cruz on foot. The breakfast buffet was so good I did not need to eat all day afterwards.

There were often noises at night that kept me awake after midnight.

The price for this hotel was excellent. I would have expected to pay much more. The design was very modern & clean.

We asked for a room toward the García Sanabria-park. Very nice, on first floor (and even better on the floors further up?). The city-sounds did not disturb us much, the week we stayed, and I liked wakening to the nightingales in the early morning. In the afternoon the sun shone in, but the balcony was to small for any other purposes than a smoke. Still a nice place to watch the locals in their beautiful park. Both the park and the Rambla, passing nearby, are ideal for a stroll and both has waterholes. The roof is as you can see on the Booking.com pictures. Ok, offering views of the park, the city, sea and the Anaga mountains. Also for sun-seekers of coarse, not wanting to go to the Playas, but there where not that many sunbeds. WI-FI good in our room. Good idea; fridge instead of minibar. Large flat-TV, Spanish channels only, but we do understand El Tiempo The breakfast had a lot of choices and was really pleasant, maybe except for the Nescafecoffee. All in all, a very good choice for us, at a very reasonable price.

Details; insufficient reading light, as in most hotels. Bring your own. Our room was spacious and a pair of chairs and a small table would have been welcomed. More serious; Restaurante GOM - it offered adequate food, a fixed menu (only?), good for the price, but it felt more like being on an assembly line (us being assembled!) than at a restaurant-table. No questions what we wanted to drink, just a bottle of water with the first coarse and then quick, quick, quick - the rest - we were so perplexed we didn`t manage to complain. The young girl at the next table did not look very comfortable either. Also the knifes was to blunt for the meat.

The hotel is located close to a park, which allows for for a morning jog. God breakfast. Few minuts walk to the city centrum.

Friendliness of staff, perfect situation for excursions to Sta Cruz and into Anaga mountain range, very nice breakfast (although some of the dishes should be served warm), very beautiful and quiet superior room.

Sup room has two single beds moved together. Garage a little bit difficult to move your car (but still alright).

Wi-fi didn't work in our room. Swimming pool was cold (but we didn't have much time to swim anyway).

The hotel was rerrible I was booked on a dark room no sights smsll and unconfortable bed when I specify that I needed a double bed. The bathroom terrible was like sirplane bathroom small and old Widi setvice terrible did work on that side of the hotel I would not stay there as longest i have a choice
