lack of space in the room for four people in superior room and lack of soap in a four star hotel!

The entertainment at the hotel is excellent. The entertainment staff is very friendly and will also greet you with a smile and they knew our names from day one. They have loads of stuff to do for little kids and also for adults.

Apart from the bar staff/waiters and the entertainment staff, is the rest of the hotel staff very unfriendly and wouldn't even smile. They made us feel very uncomfortable. The food was fair but the eggs was burnt every morning and the chicken was raw at night. Also in the morning the tables in the restaurant wasn't set and there was a garbage bin on the table that looked very unhygienic. They don't seat you in the morning so the one morning we sat on a table that didn't had a garbage bin and that was neatly set but to our amazement the restaurant staff was very rude because we sat on a clean table and kept on saying stuff to us in Spanish which we didn't understand. We felt very unwelcome and didn't wanna go back again.

Very pleased with the stay at Tahiti plaza. All praise, very little to complain! Excellent on the beach location, ideal location to explore Barcelona and Costa brava beaches. Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. The girls at reception even gave us tips about driving and parking locations in Barcelona for our day trip. Great facilities for kids including a kids club with activities 2 times daily (10:30-12:30, 15:30-17:30) giving us opportunity to leave kids and have some time for ourselves and the kids disco at night was absolutely loved by our 4 year old. Some free shows at night in the hotel including a flamenco performance was refreshing after a day at the beach and driving around! Small room but 2 queen size beds made it enough space for 4 of us ( 2 adults and 2 small kids). Buffet food was good both at breakfast and dinner time (we went half-board)

Extra charge for wi-fi, safe and parking (although we used the free off street spaces). It wasn't much extra to pay (14 euro for 72 hrs of wifi) but anything extra hurts. Needs some maintenance - the big dinosaur slide was broken to kids disappointment and the shower in our room had a loose handle which didn't get fixed during our entire stay but we weren't expecting luxury stay! One warm pool would have definitely made a lot of difference for our Easter holiday with bit temperamental weather.

Id like Tahiti Playa nerest see, a really splendid view and good food.

I didnt like car park becouse you have only undergraund parking a little expensive.

Only location near the sea

Staff. Only staff of restraunt is polite. On reception people sometimes are polite. One men, he is over 45-50 years old, with hear loss, he is the one 'old' men of reception is rude, impolite, and made hooligans things and likes to shout! In the night condition is not working!!!!! I couldn't open my balcony door in the night because of shouting people on the beach, condition did not working - it's wrong!

Close to beach (no road or train lines between hotel and beach as is the case with most hotels on the Maresme coast). Large swimming pool. Good selection of food at mealtimes. Plenty of activities/facilities (for those who want to participate). Plenty of staff kept the place running smoothly, despite the huge numbers staying there. Place is generally clean and pleasant, despite being quite basic. Bar food/drinks and ice-creams reasonably priced, encouraging purchase.

Terrible mattress didn't make for a great night's sleep. Air conditioning not very efficient in room = very hot in August. Quality of breakfast juices extremely poor (totally undrinkable). Hotel was packed (yes it is August I know), which meant for very little room in pool and queues for all meals (though the dining staff were efficient in turning tables around and getting people in). Do the calculations: nearly 500 rooms and mostly occupied by families. Is quite expensive to stay despite being a basic 3* hotel (but that does include a lot of facilities/activities).

View, location, parking spaces, well organized stuff

Too many people on one place - especially at the dinner . Only one power socket in the room - we had a three phones, tablet and a camera to charge , and when you go out, everything switches off. If you are lucky, neighbors are quiet, if not , you wont sleep too much at night :-( .

Excellent Pool Facilities. Ideal for Beach. Excellent Buffet Variety! Staff Very Friendly and Helpful. Sport Activity (separate) for Adult's and Children every day. Hotel Guests are multi-national which creates a better balance of ambience. Good train connection to Barcelona or Elsewhere.

We stayed 16 nights hb in July. The location perfect, right on the beach, big nice swimming pool, we could always find 3 sunbeds available either in the sun or in shade. Dinner was very good, breakfast could be better (lack of choices of yoghurt, every day exactly the same products) and vary at least a little bit day by day. Staff was friendly, the room with a nice sea view. Had nice trips to Barcelona nad Girona by train. We liked Santa Susana and Malgrat, enjoyed our stay.

The best about this hotel is the location on the beach and the pool area. Rooms are big enough and have a balcony. Train station is about 10 minutes walk, nice restaurants near.

Breakfast was the same everyday, after a week of eating eggs I don't know how people stay there for more than a week. Dinner wasn't better, lots of american food, disgusting fish and awfull deserts. Towels in the room are so old and worn, that sometimes there were holes in them!!! Sunbeds in the pool area don't have enough umbrellas, we rented sunbeds at the beach. The worst thing is the evening shows until 11 pm, in case you want to go to bed earlier, no chance no matter at which floor your room is located!!! Waiters in the hotel restaurants don't know how to behave and sometimes try to date the hotel guests wich is annoying

location ,distance to the beach,large swimming pool,kids pool , sea view ,kids club,animation team , day and evening activities, right in middle of the shops,restaurants,bars and clubs,half an hour to Barcelona for city break,good food and reasonably priced drinks.

Large group of senior citizens who dominated the hotel for few days .

Kamer was mooi. Locatie is super. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Zwembad was erg mooi.

Eten soms lauw. Vloeren waren niet goed schoon

une chambre vue mer laterale qui donnait en vis a vis sur les appartements de la rue . heureusement nousb avons pu changer de chambre

Pas grand chose considérant le temps exécrable que nous avons eu. Pas d'animation proposée, une situation géographique qui ne propose que plage/piscine (lorsqu'il pleut et à 9/13 degrés !!!) et des commerces pour touristes. Il ne faut pas avoir connu autre chose pour apprécier cet hotel et son environnement.

Accompagnés de notre petite fille (10 ans en décembre) nous n'avons pas apprécié -après avoir quand même passé 4 nuits dans cet hotel dont 4 jours de pluie- de régler une 5ième nuit 118,02 euros !!! d'autant que la variété des plats proposés laisse à désirer et est bien en deçà de ce que l'on connaît ailleurs. En bref très déçus !

un peu loin de la gare ferroviaire ;

Les repas , de qualité très moyenne , des menus presque identiques pendant tout le séjour , l'hôtel très bruyant . le ménage fait de manière aléatoire , tard et succinctement .Un fauteuil ou une chaise confortable dans la chambre serait une bonne idée .

chambre jolie, mais qq retouches à faire, la douche était bien et bien chaude. En bord de mer, boutiques restaurants et supermarchés juste en face.

chambre trop petite, petit déjeuner pas bon, hotel trop grand, les 4 étoiles c'est un peu forcé. J'ai voulu écourter mon séjour de un jour mais ils n'ont pas été d'accord. Parking sans sortie direct dans l'hôtel, on doit sortir sous la pluie.

ns avons tt aimes la Beauté de l'hotel. et sa situation geographique . particulierement la gentillesse et disponibilitées de tt le personnel . Un buffet avec un tres grand choix pr chaque repas de la journée. je le recommande a tous . pour les personnes libres hors periode scolaires prix interressants et pas de bousculades . ns y reviendrons avec plaisir . en prenant le train 1h de barcelone les marché aux alentours sont agrables a faire .
