Very central, near bus station and beaches. Quiet though in middle of Puerto de la Cruz.
No sun on balcony on our side of the building.
Location is wonderful, staff is very helpful and breakfasts are quite good.
No free wi-fi
CLEAN AND SPACIOUS ROOM, BALCONY IS GREAT!
Cheap Balcony, but no special view (parking lot)
Breakfast very basic, but also very cheap. Very old, need a brush up. Location is a bit from the city, but close to bus station if needed..
Kitchen, breakfast, close to the beach and bus stop, friendly staff
water in the swimming pool clean but freezing and not possible to swim
Nothing really. It was the last room in the island left for less than 500 bucks.
Everything: the room was terrible, incredibly noisy as the kitchen window is not hermetic, cold, old and rusty, 103 euro per night for a s...t hole.
location very good,
reception had no info on return transfer to airport, told to ring myself, found no tourist info in English in hotel, dident exchange sterling for euros etc.the only bar in hotel shut at 11oclock every night.
Dirty, many cockroachs in the room and restorant. No wifi in the rooms, even for money.
Hotel spotless. Staff always friendly. Room cleaned every day. Small shop at the entrance to hotel. Close enough to walk into town. Value for money.
Overlooking residential apartment block. Hotel bar wasn't open for most of our 5 day stay.
excellent location close to walk to seafront and loro park . good supermarket on site fridge in room balcony food was good and you where left to do your own thing
beds werent that comfy but we wasnt in them long
Good placement, 2 minutes walking to beach and 5 minutes walkment to city center. The staff is friendly. There is a supermarket close to the door. Quite street.
The forniture a little old, but it works. No microwave.
Hotel is near the beach area and not far from the old city
Paid WiFi in the 21st century. The sheets and towels were so old they had non cleanable stains. The shower seemed dirty and the beds were old as well.
it was quite cheap
Noise around the clock: 1.) Noisy construction in work (at next hotel across the street) 2.) Noisy trucks all day long in the narrow street, rush our beginning at 7 in the morning. 3.) Tour busses waiting at the neigbour hotel with engine idling 4.) Water tanks sprinkling the garden with noisy stinking petrol engine pumps 5.) noisy garbage disposal in the stree (garbage trucks) every night 6.) I asked at the reception desk for for information about hiking (hiking is quite popular in that area) the hotel employee didn't know nothing, than I found a lot of flyers in the lobby - that was what I was looking for ... asked the guy again and he was like "Oh that, yeah, uh, heay, sorry ..." 7.) low budget breakfast 8.) my room was obiously cleaned in a hurry - the balcony door was spattered with fruits or something (looked like barf) from a predecessor's party or something. Well, all the noise related topics especially apply to the side my accomodacion was located, the other side of the building may be better.
Size of the room, quiet at night, little shop on ground floor open from early morning till late night, close to beach.
Could not find parking space around hotel, pool on 7th floor is tiny, no free wifi.
You get what you pay.
you get what you pay
Great position for lots of things (Loro Park, Lago Martianez, center of Puerto de la Cruz) and very good ratio between what you pay and what you get.
Spoons, forks, knives were not very clean. Wifi is not free! :) 3 € for 1 hour, 6 € for 1 day, 9 € for 1 week (I think)...
Location and price
Great location in Puerto de la Cruz. Renovated apartments very nice, but you have to ask for that... Very helpful reception staff! For that price very good place to stay even longer.
Very old, bad and dirty not renovated apartments (for example 2nd floor western side) with horrible smell and noise from the restaurant. Like another hotel comparing with renovated rooms...
good location and good value for money - you pay what you get for.
swim pool very small and not very clean, staff doesn't speak english very weel - problem with communication, close to busy road so it's very loud - no AC so you can't really sleep after 7am.
The location was central to where we needed to be with plenty of facilities around us. We found the staff to be cheerful and helpful and all in all the hotel was clean and right for what we needed.
We didn't like the vast amounts of school children and teens using the hotel as a playground day and night. The rooms were not family friendly if you had a young child or baby with you. There were huge gaps above and below the safety railing on the balcony where a small child could easily get through.
Verry good position, generous space, great value for price.
Nothing to complain.
1) location - close to Playa de Jardin and city center 2) balcony 3) nice staff
1) in 21st century you have to pay for an internet 2) swimming pool - it is not available in hotel, you probably can use one in nearby hotel but it should be clearly stated in an offer 3) lack of water under a shower!!! - I had to use washbasin to wash myself 4) poorly equipped kitchenette 5) lack of TV remote 6) poor bedding - I felt like I was lying on oilcloth
the location was great, near the bus station and loro parque. food fine and some entertainment. cleaners great, small terrace bar fine. small bar ( Bernies) and café to right of hotel great fun. hotel shop was great and vey handy.
