Beautiful building in an excellent location with a supermarket nearby. The apartment is well equipped and was perfectly cleaned.
It is not the best place to came by car. The streets of the old town are very tight and it is very difficult to find a parking. We were lucky because we got a big help from the Terraluna team.
Practical and central
Walls were very thin and so could hear everything going on in the other apartments around. Expensive for what it was (we paid ~€90 a night), but it was during the Feria, so not too surprising. Had to park at another hotel (€18 per night) and walk back.
Location in mediaeval city area, convenient for tourist attractions.Very nice apartment. Weather perfect; sunny 22-28 degrees C.
Vehicular access very difficult; never managed to park nearby. Car park cost 17 euros per day. However those downsides were an inevitable consequence of the benefits of the location. Nowhere in courtyard to sit outside & take the sun.
Close to attractions
Neibehiood is not nice. Bad smell in the apartment
stayed with family for a night and were satisfied in fully
It was a nice accommodation with all these facilities needs for some days stay. The studio was located in a smaller complex of houses with en internal patio.
nothing to complain actually
Great location, great for a family.
Had to arrange check-in and so had to time arrival exactly.
Quiet location Close to main sites
Smelly. They'd had a leak of some sort in the past and the kitchen cupboard smelt really bad, and it pervaded the whole studio. They have several properties so make sure you don't get this one - we thought it would clear with the windows open but it didn't. Put up with it as we were only there 3 nights and once we realised it wouldn't clear with ventilation we couldn't be faffed to move somewhere else.
The apartment we eventually got was very nice but the staircase to the bedroom was very steep and not very convenient for the toilet which was downstairs.a bit of a nuisance in the night.
When we arrived at the apartments there was an awful smell inside ,it smelt like smelly drains. We were told it was the air conditioning and would eventually go.After 10 minutes or so the smell was still there. I had read a previous review complaining of an awful smell so we asked to move to another apt lucky enough there was one left and we were not happy to stay in that terrible smelly apt. Please make the owners aware of this as this is not good for your business or anybody else going to these apartments.
being disturbed at 2am by caretaker outside the appartment
amazing value for money given that we got a whole apartment the cost of a one room in a B&B. The lady who showed us the place was really nice
There was a terrible smell in the apartment. Opening all the windows helped but didn't get rid of it. If it wasn't for that I would have loved this place though
The cuteness and life of the small street. The many small grocery nearbuy. The helpfull owner.Self cathering.
The small studio was not so call luxury....like advertised.
Very close to the tourist bus stops, the room is very comfortable, very chicl garden
The apartment is located in a house with patio in the old part of the City. It is very quiet; the conditioned air was efficient during the hot summer in Cordoba. It has all comfort you need.
the apartment is attached to a beautiful courtyard. it felt like it was in a very secure location. even though the booking says there is no parking, i came with a car and they found a place for me to park for free!!!
about a 15 to 20 min walk to the old city
