Air con didn't work no gardens to wander

The location was good for the nature reserve. The rooms were modern and clean with a good sized balcony. The Spa facilities were excellent and the bar nice and spacious. Hire of bicycles and use of paddle tennis was not expensive

The rooms had little storage facilities and it was a good walk to the town or beach

Breakfast was amazing. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Very clean Bed was huge and very comfortable Very easy check in and out

Very minor point. Would love coffee in the bedrooms.

I liked the breakfast buffet and the rooms which were spacious.Staff friendly enough. Bike rentals and paths to reach the beach/coastal area.

The rooms were not cleaned at all during our 3day stay. The toilet was not cleaned as the toilet cover both in and out were stained and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. My hair was still lying all over the floor--a bit disheartening. The Spa was a disappointment as one could not use the saunas or turkish baths--which cost a lot extra when all other hotel/spas include that in their service.The pool was overpacked with people and yelling kids. Was not tranquilizing, but unnerving. No bus service or transport to town

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff at theThalasia were very professional, friendly and helpful. The room that we stayed in was spacious with a large comfortable bed, the bathroom was also spacious. The large balcony faced the salt lakes. (Extra charge applied) We would definately visit again.

The bedroom did not have a small table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi would also be a good idea. Parking charges per day were very expensive so most cars were parked on waste ground or the street, a very large on site car park was empty. Perhaps free parking or a very small fee should be applied. The Spa Pool (indoor) needs maintenance in some areas. Our bedroom/bathroom also needed a small amount of maintenance, (shower) (curtains) (wall covering).

The second visit to this Hotel, again everything excellent, Good breakfast and rooms, sheets, towels,toweling robes, etc immaculate, a super walk in shower, plenty of hot water. Fridge in the room.Very modern and everything gleaming. Well done housekeeping.

The only thing that could make the room any better, would be to have tea and coffee making facilities.

The bedroom was superb, superior bathroom, great shower, spotless, comfortable bed, in fact everything.

The whole experience was excellent. We travel a lot and privately rate every hotel we stay in. We gave your hotel 9/10 - only the second hotel in the last 12 months that we gave this rating!

Nothing!

Its wonderfully spacious. Its the total relax package, everything you could wish for. The breakfast is amazing. I do not eat animal products yet there was still lots to eat. A marvelous selection of fruit and breads. The spa is quite unbelievable.

Its quite out of the way however I quite liked that and hired a bike at times.

The restaurant which is under new management is terrible. Less than half the main courses on the menu were available the evening I ate there (all rice dishes only served at lunch, no fish dishes - there was no indication of any of this on the menu), overpriced menu (15 eur for a starter, 20-25 eur for a main, for example), bread and water are provided without asking and then billed, the main course arrived after around 4 minutes and had obviously been microwaved - the meat was cold in the middle whilst the cherry tomatoes accompanying the dish were scolding hot. And that cost 20 eur. Altogether a bad experience. Since this hotel is a little out of the way the restaurant is essential for my visits. Consequently, I will no longer be staying at this hotel fior my business trips to San Pedro.

Excellent hotel, rooms pretty quiet, good size, comfortable etc. Spa facilities are excellent - would use hotel again purely because of this!

It's not really close to anything, which suited us, we could do some work, but anything was a minimum of 20 minute walk away (apart from a petrol station just across the road). Bike hire was useful, but could do with updating the bikes a little. Food in the buffet could be kept a bit hotter, and the red flashing lights in the smoke detector in the room were really annoying. As I said, we would go back, so I'm not running the hotel down, merely suggesting improvements.
