The hotel is in the heart of Seville, but at the same time enjoys the silence of an almost traffic-free road.

This charming guesthouse is just 820 ft from Seville Cathedral, in the historic Santa Cruz district. Callejón del Agua offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioned rooms set around a central courtyard.
Score from 762 reviews Excellent
The staff, hotel and amenities exceeded our expectations. Clean comfort situated on an obscure corner, the hotel, once found, offers a weary traveller respite. We commend the efforts of the owners to offer premium comfort at a reasonable price.
One has to enjoy getting lost with a sense of humor. This observation is based on the reality of the city, not the hotel.
Great value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I told them i was surprising my boyfriend for our anniversary and they upgraded us to a deluxe room and put a stunning fresh rose on our pillow when we arrived. Hot breakfast in the morning, bed freshly made by the evening. After I checked out I asked if I could print some reading for the plane home and asked how much it would cost - it was free. Felt like a hotel in everything except the friendliness of everyone there. Fab pop up boutique in the reception as well!
These are such minor details, but one morning we got up a bit late and the shower wasn't quite hot enough because the hot water had gone by then, but perfectly fine to quickly wash in. Also I would have liked more English channels on the TV (but not sure if that's possible in Spain) - the choice was between discovery max and the Disney channel. A news channel would have been good. But really, these are such minor things: overwhelmingly positive experience overall.
Location - perfect Staff - freindly and very helpfull
breakfast for early departure, location, cleanness, friendly staff.
Everything is really nice. Clean and comfortable. Value for monry
Location, stuff, nice small and clean rooms. Everything worked well.
During high season it can be noisy, so prepare with earplugs.
Breakfast and use of kitchen during the day, nice room with balcon (double with private bathroom), young atmosphere (but not TOO much), informal, Big tv screen in room,
small old bath, but in new refreshed house
this is one of the best hostel during my trip in spain. recommended to all that will going to seville
The staff was amazingly friendly and cooperative, really 5 stars. My pet was welcomed (although a fixed fee is applied). The location is perfect, in a quiet street but less than 5min walk to the centre. You can take your car right to the door (load/unload), and then try to park it in the surrounding streets. The breakfast is very good, and the reception/kitchen area is very very nice and has that "familiar" feeling. If not for the noisy room, I would give it a 10.
The room was very noisy. Maybe other rooms are better but in my room I heard the elevator engine, people walking and talking all through the night in the corridor/stairs... no insonorisation whatsoever. For that reason I had to leave one day early, but the staff was very understanding and cooperative (again, 5 stars staff!).
The pictures shown as promotion in booking are superior and far to reality of what really are at the present moment the facilities of the Boutike Hostel .
Excellent location! Good breakfast!
There was a bad smell in the room.It was cold although I asked to warm the room.
location, high value for money
If noisy people stay at the same time, it will be difficult to sleep deeply.
The location was great and staffs of the Boutike Hostal was very kind.
Friendly people. Homemade design makes the place very friendly
the reception staff boy is pretty kind enough to help! He can speak fluent English and give you helpful suggestions for traveling. Overall, it is a good hostel with good location and staff.
This is a very unique hostel in seville, we were very pleased with the facility. They have free breakfast which is great (they make you crepes and waffles too) Their terrace was pretty and had the view of the cathedral which was nice. The location is near plaza alfaalfa and is only 5-10 mins walking distance from the cathedral.
The only negative thing is the hostel is very hard to find. The street is unnamed in the maps of seville and the people around the alfaalfa plaza did not know about the street where it is located. We had to walk for about 20-25 minutes with our luggage to find the hostel. However once you find it, you wont be disappointed.
The staff especially prepared the breakfast for us because the night before we had told her that we would leave early before the official breakfast time. Nice facilities and decoration.
The bathroom is a little bit tiny and the wifi is not very good.
Warm welcome, with complimentary beer and free tea and coffee available all day. Very nice decor and well situated in the old town. Huge double bed with very comfortable pillows. Decent size bathroom. Lovely breakfast waffels. Nice roof terrace
Noisy street, bring earplugs if you are in a room on the street side. The shower was very small but had good water pressure.
good value for money, nice location (very calm), friendly staff, simple but good breakfast, nice decor
strange smell in the bathroom, view only to the inner yard, poor WiFI
The Personal Touch Feel at home nothing too much trouble and on and on
We stayed at the Boutike Hostel last year and liked it so much we returned and were just as happy with it this time around. Our double room with balcony was comfortable and quiet, and the whole hostel is very clean. All the staff are so nice and the breakfast, especially the crepes and waffles cooked to order, very good. We noticed a couple of improvements this time around - my husband appreciated the very reasonably priced beer on tap in reception (€1 per large glass) and guests are no longer requested to wash their own breakfast dishes.
The location, comfort, outlook and the staff was good.
This hostel is perfectly located! Walking distance from all the main sights and the vibrant (night) life of Seville. The bed (dorm) was perfect, and the facilities clean and modern (nice shower!). The kitchen is great and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff is very friendly as well. So all in all the perfect hostel! Seek no further.
Nothing, great place.
Location is great only around 5 minutes walk to Seville Cathedral and everything in walking distance, staffs are very helpful and the breakfast is great, they make pancake for you even ! We book a double room with balcony it is good size and shower / bathroom is clean. Great value for money feels like you are just paying price for hostels but you get everything you need in a boutique hotel :)
If you are a light sleeper maybe avoid room facing streets, can be quite noisy at night time especially football night. And it will be great if there is a table/desk in the room. But overall it is one of the best hostels I ever stay
Liked the "artistic" and at the same time home atmosphere. Staff are nice and very helpful. The place is very neat and the room with terrace was nice and clean. You should definitely check the terrace on the rooftop!
