No tea making facility in the room although a pot of hot water is provided if requested

Location - second room was quite spacious.

Sheets were dirty on arrival had blood spots on. Had to move rooms, the first room had the toilet virtually at the foot of the bed. No relaxing bar area - features quite basic to chill out in.

Good bed and very nice shower

Breakfast was too expensive.

The Hotel is well equipped and offers good room sizes

Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpfull.

I LOVED the bed! The room is soundproof so it was very convenient lol. Loved the tv in the bathroom. Room is very stylish, comfy, the couch is huge and soft. The bed was really comfy and big. Slept like a baby.

The bathroom door was not completely sealed, when we close the door it keeps slight offset, which is a little bit annoying

Loved the high standard of design all white and mirrors. Also very comfortable bed and lovely shower.

Would have appreciated tea / coffee making facility in rooms.

The design of the hotel was fantastic - the beds were the biggest and most comfortable we've ever slept in! The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing - we had the Executive Menu which was 4 courses including wine with each course to complement the food - also had an additional appetizer and sweets which were free - cannot recommend this enough - such value for money. The hotel was in an excellent location - lovely shops and restaurants, bars, coffee shops nearby and away from the hustle and noise of the city centre. Would definitely go back and stay here again.

No coffee or tea in the room. We took our own travel kettle so we were ok - but it's nice to be able to make yourself a cup of tea/coffee 1st thing in the morning.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and very modern . the breakfast was good and the staff are very nice and helpful .

The room had no closet which I found really surprising. The hotel didnt have a spa which you would expect in a 4star hotel notmally and a modern one too. The room was not cleaned properly. The floor in our room was always dirty through the 10 days we were there especially the corners in the room was filled with dust and dirt. Even the counter next to the sink and tabl next to the bed was no cleaned. At night when we would sleep we could hear the neighbours coming in and even talking! There was not much privacy . the ac did not work properly it would go off and on all the time and make a very disturbing sound like a washing machine. Lastly, the water and juice in the mini bar are awfuly exspensive! 6.20 euros for a bottle of water or juice? Everything in the breakfast was great except the crepe and pancake they were never fresh and never had a good taste;

Loved that, reception gave us an opportunity to make an earlier check-in and late check-out free of cost. The hotel has interesting design.

Prices for rooms and breakfast were quite high. Our room required minor repairs of plumbing.No slippers.

It is very modern in design with white painted floors and no rugs. Stylishy nonetheless.

Absolutely everything from the moment I saw the front of the building. The pictures on the internet were great but to actually see this hotel will wow you at first glance. As for the staff, they went above and beyond to cater to us from the moment we arrived. Since we arrived early from our cruise, they took our bagage and when we returned after an hour, the room was ready and the bags were in our room. The sauna was turned on when we requested it and the water with which to heat the coals was treated with eucalyptus. We did not make use of their breakfast buffet but it did look wonderful.

Very NICE DECOR,lovely stuff, beautiful and modern room, the bed very comfortable ,the location close to metro station -pravanca and diagonal 3 min walk,around the hotel a lot restaurants and cafes

I knew the pool would be small, but this was really small.
