The major drawback is the noise from the street at night, usually till 3am I'm the weekend. Location of the hotel is not very closed to main metro station.

For the price of ~50 eur/night you get: - location of 10 minutes walk to Placa Catalunya / Ramblas - Subway / railway station in 5 minutes walk - your own room with your own shower (i.e. not a hostel for the same price) - modern room facilities in good condition - free wi-fi My hand-luggage took a quater of it :) The remaining space is shared by bed, sink and a shower/wc room. - Sink in just 1 meter near the bed - not everybody will like it - No wardrobe, only 2 hangers on the wall - Window view is a square pit, formed by the walls of near-placed houses - On the wall near the bed there was a clearly visible footsteps - Access to the hotel after 10PM is only by the code. If you're drunk and forgot it - you're unlucky one :) - Комнатка реально микроскопическая.

It's a really lovely small hotel near the center of Barcelona. The closest metro station is 2 minutes walk. The room was a bit small but we only used it for sleeping. I think it's not comfortable enough for a businessman or a family but people who would like to see the city it's perfect. The staff was helpful and correct, the room was clean. And the bed is comfortable and big. The streets surroundings seem safe. Thank you Hotel Praktik for the 3 nights in bcn. The room is a bit small and the street is noisy in the mornings but I think it's no problem.

The staff is excellent, very professional and helpful. The decor of the facade and corridors is spick & span modern chic. No issues accessing the free wi-fi and the location is reasonable near to the city centre. Boutique Hotel it is rather...not. More like upscale budget hotel. It is quite expensive, considering the small size of the room. The room looks surprisingly "older" than the facade....it was as if emphasis was to spruce up the exterior and get by with the interior. I supposed some folks will say it's charming but I find the juxtaposition rather offputting and misleading.

The hotel is decent. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good as well, about 15 mins walk to la ramblas. The room was too small. Didnt like the idea of the sink being outside the toilet. Felt like the sheets werent changed.

Far from noise of main streets, yet very close to downtown area. Close to metro station. Large balcony (for some rooms) with view over internal large court yard so nice to have supper outside on the balcony and not have to pay dearly in restaurants. Very small bathroom. Rather expensive for this type of hotel but Barcelona is more expensive than other cities in Spain.

Location - Price- Cleanliness!! The Metro Girona is literally a 2 mins walk. Its very clean. Great balcony size. Very close to Passiege de Gracia for high end shopping (about 10 mins walk) 12 mins walk to Place de Catalunya where you can get the bus every 10 mins to Airport (Only 5.30 Euros!) La Rambla is about 12-15 mins walk. Gothic Quarter is 15 mins away max. Sagrada de Familia is only a short 15-20 mins walk. Or take the metro Tetuan (5 mins way) and be there in 10 mins. The other Famous Gaudi buildings are also 10-12 mins walk away along the Passiege de Gracia. There is a late night convenience store round the corner and a pharmacy. There is a cafe across the road for breakfast if you want. Its quiet, the WIFI is free, they provide lockers for people who are travelling later but need to check out, The Pratik rooms are of an adequate size. They have lovely high ceilings but the king size bed is too large and there is no wardrobe which they could provide instead of the Ikea Chest of drawers! There is space if they used it more cleverly. A kettle could be provided but not essential. Extra blanket as I found the room to be cold! But for the price if twin/double then perfect!

Locker faciity for Left baggage Very helpful staff Walking distance to the Rambla and close to Metro station Room is too small and cramped with no storage cupboards for clothes or baggage making it very uncomfortable to live in and manage personal belongings reducing value for money. Breakfast is served at a distant restaurant and late on Sundays. Better to eat better at a place of your choice. No English channels on tv WiFi connects but websites do not open easily or some not at all

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and I will be staying again. It is a chic, modern Hotel. Less is more! Comfortable beds, nice and quite, balcony's to enjoy a glass of wine. Close to Metro, 10 mins walk from Rambles. Enjoy.

It definitely didn't worth the money I paid for. I was put into a handicap room for the same price as the others. There was no view at all but walls outside of my window. I was told there is a good view. I stayed in room 411.

The hotel is situated in a central part of Barcelona. Room was clean, we also received clean towels every day. The room was very small (smaller than the room we had in Paris) and the washbasin was in the bedroom area. The walls were quite thin and we could also hear the noise from the bar across the street. We had one cold night and there was no blanket to cover ourselves, just a bedsheet. Breakfast was at a place 500m away, this was cumbersome to get to in the morning. The waitresses were grumpy and we had the same breakfast each day.

Location in the center of Barcelona, assistance of the staff. Very small room , in ordedr to save , I can recommend on several ideas how to use even a smaller room , like using a narrower beds, and smaller bathroom.

Its just a 5 min walk to Passeig de Gracia, one of the city's main avenues so its very well localized in a quiet and safe area. The hotel is quite good considering the relatively low price when comparing to the average, very clean, nice bathroom, of course not very big as you can expect, and has some really nice verandas where you can relax in the evening before heading again to the streets. Was a nice experience. Has lockers to keep your bags when you check out, so you can pick them up later depending on your flight schedule. Has some very nice amenities (shampoo and shower gel)
