Everything was great about the Urban Villa.

We stayed in the King Suite and it was absolutely great, the bed was superb, as was the bathroom, the terrace - everything. And Linda was the most serviceminded and nice landlady.

The bed was soft, but also supportive. The view was absolutely great!

Linda is a charming and very kind person, all times at your service. But not disturbing privacy. The view is quiet and stunning. We enjoyed it very much and would go back any time.

Linda the owner is an extremley good host very freindly and informative. The villa is in beautiful condition and tastefully decorated, our room ( suite) was spacecious and very clean,light and with nice views. We enjoyed our short stay here and will definately return for a longer visit.

A perfect get away from it all. Large and comfortable apartments, stunning views, personal approach from the owner. Great swimming pool, good breakfasts plus free Wi-Fi.

Bit difficult to find (don't count on your gps). Can't pay with AmEx.

Linda and Christopher are such marvellous hosts! The villa is great and the view from terrace and pool is breathtaking. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice sized naya attached to bedroom. Nice views from Large Naya off Family room on main level of house where breakfast is served. Overall pretty good. Cat was nice!

GPS location for the B&B ends at the round about 2 kilometers from hotel? Parking is available, but it's cramped. Long drive to Marbella

The view was great from the guesthouse. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The enviroment was very relaxing and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Overall a nice experience.

The best worrds to describe the urban villa is 'a little piece of heaven'.We had an excellent time and the service provided by our hosts was second to none.They are a lovely couple and really go out of their way to make your stay their as memorable as possible.You receive treatment you dont get in the big hotels.The personal touch at breakfast is faultless and i can only commend them both highly on their efforts.The villa is located high up on the mountains with views to die for from each of the suites available.We stayed in the Royal King Romance suite and it was fantastic.I really cant recommend this experience highly enough.We definately plan to go back.

No dislikes but a simple addition of tea or coffee making facilities in the suites to avoid having to go to the shared kitchen downstairs would be a plus.

The location was amazing, the owners are so lovely and caring. The room was gorgeous. I would go back there over and over again and my friends will be recommended to stay there!

Vue fantastique sur Marbella et les côtes Marocaines. Accueil personnalisé et sympathique .

Difficile à trouver mais plan d'accès précis.

-Sehr nettes (englisches) Personal die bei Fragen sehr gute Tipps zum Essen und der Umgebung geben können. - Tolle Lage. - Super Ausblick. - Schöne Zimmer (Deluxe Suite sehr zu empfehlen :-)) - Gutes Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten vom Nachbarn (z.B. Eier, Organgen). Frühstück nicht mit super viel verschiedenen Sachen zur Auswahl aber mehr als ausreichend. - Maximal 4 Parteien können in der Villa wohnen, was dazu führt, dass man sehr viel Ruhe hat. -Süßer Hund (wenn man Hunde mag) -5 Minuten entfernt ein großes sehr modernes Einkaufszentrum mit riesigem Supermarkt. - Sehr guter Anlaufpunkt für Touren in der Umgebung (z.B. Ronda sehr zu empfehlen. Cordoba, Sevilla oder Granada wären uns glaub ich für ein Tagesausflug zu weit gewesen)

- Eigentlich nichts. Die nachfolgenden Punkte sind ("Jammern auf hohem Niveau"). - Haus ist etwas versteckt. Dank Anleitung und Google StreetView (unbedingt testen) war die Anfahrt aber kein Problem. - Frühstück mit "nicht so viel Auswahl" wie im großen Hotel. Für uns war es aber ok, da wir keine 5 Sorten Käse benötigen. - Hund im Haus ist sehr nett, aber bei Allergikern kann es problematisch sein. - Ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen. - Englisch fast ein "Muss". Besitzerin meinte am letzten Tag jedoch, dass sie auch ein wenig deutsch kann. Für uns war englisch aber kein Problem. Irgendwie schafft man sonst sich ja auch immer zu verständigen :-)

Phantastische Villa in traumhafter Lage, Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse mit Blick auf Marbella, Gibraltar, Marokko, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Extra-Küche steht für Gäste zur Verfügung, Parkplatz am Haus, sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unternehmungen (z.B. Reiten, Ballonfahrt, Weinprobe, spanisch Kochen) von der sehr gastfreundlichen und sympathischen Vermieterin Linda

Nach einer kurzen (2-3 Minuten von der A55) atemberaubenden aber ungefährlichen Fahrt, erreicht man diese sehr schöneVilla „on the top of Marbella“. Der Blick auf das Meer, auf Gibraltar und eben auf Marbella selbst ist gewaltig. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Terassen grosszügig und das Frühstück variabel und reichhaltig. Linda, die Villainhaberin, setzt sehr viel Wert auf das Wohlbefinden ihrer Besucher und ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Ausserdem spricht sie meherere Sprachen und das gewährleistet eine einwandfreie Kommunikation mit den Gästen. Es wäre noch zu erwähnen, das auf dem Grunstück sich ein Hund und eine Katze (beide sehr lieb) befinden. Insgesamt eine sehr zu empfehlende Adresse an der „Costa del Sol“ und zwar insbesonderen für solche Besucher, die das Außergewöhnliche lieben. Constantin Bewertung: 9,5

Me gusto mucho mi estancia en el Urban Villa, estuve en la Suite Relax y Linda se porto maravillosamente bien con nosotros. Es un sitio precioso, casi magico para pasar unos dias.

Como ya le comente a Linda personalmente, es dificil de acceder aunque merece la pena, volveremos :)

Panorama fantastico, casa accogliente e spaziosa, terrazza con vista mozzafiato, padrona di casa gentile e disponibile.

Es absolutamente confortable, tranquilo y la persona que lo dirige, Lynda, un encanto que se desvive por atender.

endroit calme, très confortable la vue est exceptionnelle.. A FAIRE !!!!! la maitresse de maison est très gentille et très a l"écoute... très proche de marbella en voiture ..;il suffit de descendre la grande route!! et on se retrouve dans la vieille ville ou on peut trouver d'excellent restaurant .
