location was perfect, great value, modern, one extremely helpful guy on staff they only offer one key- even if there are two people, which gets tricky and the rooms werent as clean as they could be. i also booked a room with two double separate beds but they gave me one with two beds pushed together sharing sheets but rationalized that underneath it all there was two beds so they were technically right.. one unfriendly guy on staff |

it was very good location. nice staff. i liked the breakfast (3eu per person) was brought straight to our room. very small window, no free air. air conditioning is a must. (for the price 5eu per night) |

Great location, about 5mins walking to Portas do Sol You have to pay for the air conditioner - 5€ (it should be included) |

Nice location, near to Plaza Mayor. They want more money for air conditioning, one room was veeery small. Its very difficult to find the place. |

Central location Very noise at night (had to keep the window closed all night) room was very warm, if you require airconditioning it costs 5 Euro extra per night. The staff wasn't friendly. There are notes in the room informing guests about if they break things they have to pay for it - including breakage of towels (the towels we got had already holes in it - we had to get new ones) |

The location was excellent, literally on top of the sights!! It was 24hr so you could come and go as you pleased. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating and even booked our taxi to the airport for 4am which with 3 children under 3 isn't always easy! The cleaniness wasn't fantastic. There was mould growing in the shower and bedding wasn't the cleanest. The towels had lots of holes etc but if you can overlook this and want somewhere central, friendly and cheap...this is the place for you! |

It's well located, but that's all. The staff was very unprofessional. The internet with wires didn't work, neither the wi-fi, and when I complained about it the guy behind the desk told me this was not his problem, since he was not a technician. The TV was useless as well, no channel worked. And the cleaning lady would knock every morning at my door, disturbing my sleep. Awful. |

Excellent location. Very tasteful, modern, chic, interior. Free internet. We were able to get into our room before noon, which was great since we arrived in Madrid after an over-night trans-atlantic flight They have a storage room where you can leave your luggage. While the bathroom was very nice and had very modern fixtures, the shower stall was extremely small. It was good for us ladies but I doubt a more solidly built man would be able to fin in that stall. |
