małe okna ale jest to obiekt zabytkowy , kraty w oknach uniemożliwiające szybką ewakuację , brak wyciągu w łazience w związku z czym występuje nieprzyjemny zapach.

The Pintor El Greco was a very nice clean authentic hotel in a great location, it was just what we were hopeing for. The staff were very polite and very helpful at all times. I would recomend this hotel to anyone comming to Toledo and I would certainly come back again.

Its far from the train station, and there is no convenient bus to reach it. This should be more clearly stated on the website.

Only small thing which could have been better managed was my request for a bath stopper. Reception promised that house keeper would attend to the matter but this never came. I would have preferred a clear yes or a no. Above is a very tiny thing, and indeed is not a complaint because the hotel is impeccable.

Toledo is beautiful. The hotel is superbly placed for walking around the city. When the desk clerk realised it was my wife's birthday (passport) he very kindly upgraded our room.

Very easy to find the parking place. Very nice stuff. Great position.

Very clean and comfortable hotel and I would definately recommend it. However, when we first arrived in Toledo we found it difficult to find having disembarked in the main square. You can actually get a bus to/from the bus station a few yards up the hill from the Hotel. No complaints at all.

Tried to run a hot bath but water was luke warm so had shower instead.

Location, parking, breakfast, excellent combination of old and modern

The location is great, the hotel has the classical Spanish ambiance which immediately transcends you back to old Toledo; it literally makes you feel part of history and novels!

The location was perfect easy access to all parts of the city yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the constant tourist traffic.

Upon arrival the 'wow' factor of the hotel is very good, we had two superior rooms but the finish in the rooms left a lot to be desired with poor workmanship and ill thought out facilities. The breakfast was only adequate and could have been a lot better without much extra effort on the part of the staff. There are 61 rooms but no lounge or bar area in which to relax and a kettle for making hot drinks in the rooms would have been greatly appreciated. We are glad that we used the Hotel but would not use it again.
