Hotel jest bardzo ładny, świetnie zaprojektowany (wcześniej był tak chyba jakiś zakład- młyn? masarnia?- zachowano stare belki i jakieś haki). Dobra lokalizacja u podnóża starego Toledo. Miła, fachowa obsługa.

Nudne jedzenie. Brak świeżych warzyw- gdzie są oliwki i pomidory??! Przecież to Hiszpania! Na tacy z owocami straszyły czarne banany i psujące sie pomarańcze. Brak dobrego ciemnego pieczywa. W wielu miejscach Europy w standardzie takiego hotelu jest w pokoju czajnik elektryczny i szklanki- tutaj brak takiego udogodnienia. W pokoju w zasadzie czysto- tylko na dnie szafy koło sejfu warstwy kurzu.

The hotel is located in the old city, very central. You can find parking very cheap in the street near the hotel.

The hotel was in renovation and it was a lot of dust. The top floor room has small windows.

Very comfortable, great to have 2 rooms in our own area. Near lots of the tourist attractions. Very convenient car parking.

The hotel is in a great position for the city, the staff are most helpful, and the decor is to a very high standard.

Is a very romantic atmosphere inside the hotel and it has very good position in the city. The staff is very nice and willing to help you. I had a nice evening and if i would have the chance i would choose to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and the excellent location. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but small. We felt the buffet breakfast a bit expensive for the qualityl.

The cost of breakfast. Also, a list of good restaurants in the area would be helpful, however the one next door excellent and pleasant.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent appearance inside, buffet breakfast was very good indeed.

Noisy at night with regard to very reverberant corridors - could hear guests and/or hotel reception staff for most of the night.

Location was excellent-private parking was good and needed-room was very good and comfortable-staff very friendly and knowledgable

The hotel was very difficult to find on the twisty streets of Toledo. The hotel was lovely in ambiance and decor and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful. Good beds, flat screen TV and good AC. Beautiful bathroom.

Parking was almost impossible and we were lucky to find a space on the street but had to move the car by 10 am. No coffee shop on premises.

It was convenient for walking around Toledo. There was a very good restaurant just steps from the hotel.

The staff were not professional and were indifferent. We had no help with our luggage. Parking in the hotel garage was an adventure. Breakfast was minimal and did not compare favorably at all with all of the other hotels in which we stayed--even though the rate was higher than most of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Excellent staff, could not do enough for you. Had a superior room which was excellent. Good breakfast.

Not up to 4 star as it has no bar/cafeteria facilities. What a shame as bars/cafes near the hotel were shut in the evening.

Location, size of room, look of hotel and proximity to an excellent restaurant.

Cost of breakfast but cafes nearby so not a big problem

not standars for a 4 start hotel. this hotel is actually a 2 start hotel being upgrade to 3 stars due to his perfect location and again upgraded to 4 due to outside face building refurbisment.
