All of the staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. I really appreciated the assistance they gave me. Location was good too. We have a car and the centre of toledo is a maze. There are signs to Hotel Imperio which we followed but that is not Hotel Imperial. Once we found it, parking was handy. |

Great location and friendly staff. Free map of the city available at the front desk. A little noisy if your room is located on the street side. Needed a triple and could get one the night we stayed. Had to book two rooms. |

It is a good location. Fairly low frills. Very nice front desk person. Needed better pillows. We generally like to stay in more upscale accommodations but Toledo was booked. Ultimately, the hotel was fine. |
