El chico de recepción ( me parece que se llama sergio), responsable, amable y te orienta en todo lo que le preguntas, excelente impresión como persona y en su trabajo. El desayuno, del cual no hicimos uso por su precio excesivo, su poca variedad, el nivel de lo ofrecido. No puede ser querer cobrar tanto a los niños que se beben un vaso de leche y se comen un croissant. Tambien le falta una pequeña cafeteria, donde poder estar un rato, tomandote algo, leyendo o viendo la tele. La calefacción la apagan por la noche y en esta epoca del invierno se pasa frio.

El trato del personal del Hotel es de lo mejor que he recibido ern los últimos tiempos. La ubicación es perfecta pues esta jen la misma Plaza el Torico ademas de centrico. La habitación era amplia, confortable y muy bien calefactada. En general un hotel muy recomendable .

Queremos destacar la atención y profesionalidad del recepcionista, Néstor,que nos informó de las actividades y lugares que debíamos visitar. En cuanto al hotel nada que destacar ni en lo bueno ni en lo malo. Quizás la mala insonorización de las habitaciones porque se escucha hablar a sus ocupantes aunque sean discretos.

La ubicacion. El personal del hotel concretamente el de recepcion, amables y eficaces a la hora de recomendar, restaurantes etc La habitacion grande y muy limpia No me ha gustado el acceso al hotel. Es complicadisimo llegar. Las zonas comunes son minimas y no hay sitio donde leer ni charlar.

El sistema de calefacción sólo tiene dos opciones : o funciona o hay que pedir su desconexión. Deberia poderse graduar. Las plazas de garage quedan muy lejos, problema con el equipaje

Lo que no me gusto que la habitacion quedaba un poco estrecha con cuna y todo y ya que llevabamos un bebe nos habrian podido dar una baño con bañera no con ducha eso es lo ke no me gusto mucho pero bien.

La atencion de recepcion,ya que desde que llegamos nos dieron toda la informacion sobre las visitas mas interesantes de teruel y donde comer,tapear y disfrutar de la ciudad.La ubicacion ya que estaba en la misma plaza del Torico.Pedimos habitacion con 2 camas y con vistas al exterior de la calle .Hay que decir que en todo momento nos informaron de que harian lo posible,como asi fue. Lo malo.Los colchones estaban hundidos,sucios,y tuvimos que pedir en recepcion un cubre colchones,ya que nos habian puesto la sabana sin ninguno y el colchon estaba sucio.Al acostarte se notaban los muelles y tuvimos que darle la vuelta al colchon.Asi que lo recomiendo pero cuando cambien los colchones.

Personal de recepció amable I cooperatiu. Localització molt cèntrica. No es pot regular la calefacció des de les habitacions. Mala insonorització de les habitacions. Esmorzar de poca varietat I qualitat I no inclòs en el preu.

Me ha encantado el Hotel, está muy nuevo, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la ubicación lo mejor. El personal del hotel excelente, nos han informado super bien de que visitar, donde y que comprar, sitios donde comer etc. desde luego si tuviese que volver repetiría hotel. Lo recomiendo 100% No tenemos ninguna queja.

Buena ubicación. Sólo se echa de menos que no tenga restaurante. El trato es muy bueno. La calefacción la apagan constantemente (aunque llames para que la enchufen) lo que hace a habitación muy fría.
